[0027] La présente invention n'est pas limitée aux exemples décrits ci-dessus et est susceptible de nombreuses variantes accessibles à l'homme de l'art.ADJUSTABLE SYSTEM FOR MAINTAINING A NOMADIC DEVICE FOR A CAR SEAT BACKPACK AND AUTOMOTIVE SEAT PROVIDED WITH SUCH A DEVICE [001] The invention generally relates to a device for maintaining in a stable position a nomadic apparatus such as a digital tablet, said device being adapted to a seat shell of a motor vehicle. More specifically, the device according to the invention is adjustable and therefore adaptable to devices of various dimensions. [002] In motor vehicles, today, beyond the various touchscreen offers on the dashboard, most manufacturers offer embedded systems for seating rows two or three, to have screens in the headrests, but these are part of the equipment and are not nomadic. [003] Moreover, the use of electronic devices such as tablets, digital books, or touch screens is increasingly common. These mobile devices are generally used to consult websites, read books or watch movies, and vehicle passengers are more and more frequently inclined to use them, especially during long journeys. [004] However, the prolonged use of this type of device can quickly become inconvenient for the passenger, especially if he must keep it in his hands permanently, since, the use of these devices being relatively recent, the vehicles did not incorporate shelf supports or touch screens. It is also necessary that these devices are correctly positioned so as to offer a comfortable reading to the user. It is also important that they are maintained in a stable position satisfactorily to avoid any risk of breakage in case of shock, braking or acceleration major. It is therefore desirable that the system ensuring their maintenance is optimal, while remaining uncomplicated and inexpensive. [005] In order to overcome some of the known drawbacks, devices for attaching an electronic device to a seatback tablet have been developed. An example of such a device is described in document FR 2982218 A1, which discloses a motor vehicle seatback tablet comprising a fixed frame secured to the backrest comprising a retractable transverse upper bar adapted to form means for holding an edge. superior of a nomadic apparatus. [6] However, the known devices, including the latter, have the disadvantage of not being sufficiently adaptable to the different shapes and dimensions that may present nomadic devices today available, or not to provide maintenance in position with a satisfactory stability. [7] To overcome these drawbacks, the present invention thus relates to a fastening system for a portable electronic device comprising a variable profile wheel cooperating with a tablet provided with a positioning groove for holding the lower part of the portable electronic device. , the upper part being held by said wheel, movable in rotation and having branches of different lengths. The rotational mobility of the wheel is such that the user can choose a handle of the wheel having a satisfactory length allowing him to maintain in a stable position the portable electronic device that he intends to use, whatever its shape and dimensions . [8] For this purpose, the invention relates to a system for holding in position a nomadic apparatus for seat back shell, comprising a pivoting shelf capable of evolving from a closed position in which it is located against said folder shell and an open position in which it is in a plane substantially orthogonal to said folder; said system according to the invention comprises a rotating wheel with variable profile fixed on said backrest shell at a height located at least above the shelf in the open position, said variable profile wheel comprising at least two branches of different length and being adapted to rotate about an axis orthogonal to the back shell and passing through the point at which it is fixed to said back shell, and the tablet comprises a plate in which is arranged a groove, said groove and said variable profile wheel being configured in such a way that a nomadic device can be held on the shelf in the open position, having a lower part inserted in said groove and an upper part held between the backrest shell and a branch of said wheel when said wheel is turned up to at a suitable position in which a leg of the wheel having the desired length is placed opposite the nomade device so as to maintain said mobile device sandwiched between said branch of the variable profile wheel and the seat back shell. [009] According to a particular embodiment of the invention, the variable profile wheel comprises four branches of different length. The variable profile wheel comprises a plurality of branches of different length and may have a star shape. According to a particular embodiment of the invention, the branches of the variable profile wheel have a substantially triangular shape. Advantageously, the flanges at the ends of the branches can be beveled. According to a particular embodiment of the invention, the flanges at the ends of the branches receive rubber stops on their face intended to be in contact with the nomadic device. Advantageously, the groove in the shelf of the tablet may have a V-shaped profile. [0015] The invention also relates to a rear seat back shell, comprising the system for holding a device in position. Nomad for seat back shell according to the invention, or a seat, in particular a motor vehicle seat, comprising said back seat back shell. Other features and advantages of the invention will appear on reading the following detailed description of the embodiments of the invention, given by way of example only and with reference to the drawings which show: FIG. 1 a top view of an example of a variable profile wheel of an embodiment of the system according to the invention; FIG. 2, a front view of an example of a variable profile wheel of one embodiment of the system according to the invention; FIG. 3, a view from below of an example of a variable profile wheel of one embodiment of the system according to the invention; - Figure 4, a top view of a tablet provided with a groove according to the system according to the invention; - Figure 5, the diagram of an exemplary implementation of the system according to the invention at a rear seat back shell, having a first position of the variable profile wheel; - Figure 6, the diagram of an exemplary implementation of the system according to the invention at a rear seat back shell, having a second position of the variable profile wheel. In what follows, the embodiments described are more particularly related to an implementation of the system for holding in position a nomadic device according to the invention at a rear seat back shell of a motor vehicle. However, any implementation in a different context, especially at any type of seat in any type of vehicle is also covered by the present invention. Figures 1 to 3 illustrate different views of the same example of wheel 1 variable profile for cooperating with a tablet 10 having a plate 12 provided with a groove 11, as shown in Figure 4, at the level of a rear shell 20 of seat back 30 to form a system for holding in position a nomadic device T as shown schematically in Figures 5 and 6. The variable profile wheel 1 is able to rotate freely, in a desired direction R, about an axis X passing through the point at which said wheel is fixed to the back of a seat back. As shown in Figures 1 to 3, the variable profile wheel 1 comprises a plurality of branches 2A, 2B, 2C, 2D of different length. In the embodiments described here in a non-exhaustive manner, the wheel 1 has a star shape and comprises four branches. In the context of the present invention, the wheel described in Figures 1 to 3 is provided to cooperate with a tablet as shown in Figure 4. The tablet 10 is intended to be pivotally mounted on a rear backrest shell of seat, for example a car seat, to serve as a working table. This type of tablet is known to those skilled in the art. A shelf 10 is thus designed to move between a closed position in which it is substantially vertical and in abutment against the back shell of the seat back on which it is pivotally mounted, and an open position, or working position, in which the tray 12 is substantially horizontal, and therefore substantially orthogonal to the seat back, allowing a user to drop food tray, computer, mobile phone, digital tablet ... etc. In addition, to implement the invention, the tablet 10 is here provided with a groove 11, preferably having a profile shaped 'V', arranged on the plate 12 of the tablet 10 [0022 Figures 5 and 6 show how the variable profile wheel 1 cooperates with the tablet 10 to form the holding system in position of a nomadic device T according to the invention. The variable profile wheel 1 is fixed to the rear shell 20 of a seat back 30, at a point around which it can rotate, said point being at a height located at least above the shelf 10 in the open position. When a user wishes to use the system according to the invention to maintain a nomadic apparatus T in position, he inserts a lower part of the nomadic apparatus T into the groove 11 and turns the wheel 1 to put in vis- a branch 2A, 2B, 2C or 2D, of adequate length, with an upper part of the nomadic apparatus T so that said nomadic apparatus T is sandwiched between said branch 2A, 2B, 2C or 2D of adequate length and the shell 20 of the seat back 30. [0024] Figures 5 and 6 show two situations that differ in the dimensions of the nomadic device T to maintain in position. With the variable profile wheel 1, it is possible for the user to turn said wheel 1 to a suitable position in which a branch of suitable length is placed to hold the nomadic apparatus T between said branch length adapted to the shell 20 of the seat back 30. [0025] Figures 2 and 3 show moreover that the ends of the branches 2A, 2B, 2C, 2D can preferably be beveled, and even receive rubber stops 3A, 3B , 3C, 3D, or any equivalent material, on the side intended to be in contact with the nomadic apparatus T held in position by the system according to the invention. The bevel makes it possible to provide sufficient space between the branch in contact with the nomadic apparatus T and the back shell 20 of the seat back 30 in order to make possible the insertion of said nomadic apparatus T into said space. The purpose of the rubber stops 3A, 3B, 3C, 3D is to avoid damaging the surface of the nomadic apparatus T, in particular at the level of the screen of said apparatus T. [0026] It may also be envisaged that the variable profile wheel 1 is configured to allow the maintenance in the closed position of the tablet 10 when it is not used. The present invention is not limited to the examples described above and is capable of numerous variants accessible to those skilled in the art.
