The invention relates to a vehicle comprising a hood and an articulation hinge connecting the hood to the structure of the vehicle, adapted to allow a lowering of the vehicle. the part of the hood overhanging the hinge in case the impact of a projectile on this part of the hood. It relates more particularly to a vehicle having a hinge which comprises a pivot axis about which is adapted to pivot the hood, the vehicle having at the hinge a shock absorber device allowing a lowering of this part of the hood. A vehicle comprising a hinge hinge, connecting the hood to the vehicle structure, adapted to allow a lowering of the part of the hood overhanging the hinge in case the impact of a projectile on this part of the hood is, for example, disclosed in EP2042388. The hinge comprises a first part which forms a movable knuckle, connected to the hood and a second part which forms a fixed knuckle, connected to the vehicle structure. The articulation of these two knuckles defines the pivot axis of the hood. The fixed knuckle has an opening that allows, in case of impact of a projectile on the part of the hood overhanging the hinge, the moving knuckle to lower through this opening. But such a solution does not control the effort threshold necessary to allow such a lowering of the part of the hood overhanging the hinge. Such a hinge must be both rigid enough not to sag during normal use of the vehicle and sufficiently flexible to meet safety standards in case of pedestrian impact. The present invention is intended to solve these problems, and to provide a vehicle having a hood and an articulation hinge connecting the hood to the vehicle structure, adapted to allow a lowering of the portion of the hood overhanging the hinge in case the impact of a projectile on this part of the hood. Such a hinge must allow a simple and reliable way to meet the safety standards in case of pedestrian impact while being rigid enough not to sag during normal use of the vehicle. For this purpose, the invention relates to a vehicle comprising a hood and a hinge hinge connecting the hood to the vehicle structure, the hinge having a pivot axis about which is adapted to pivot the hood, the vehicle comprises at the hinge, a shock absorber device, allowing a lowering of at least a portion of the cover positioned substantially above the hinge during an impact created by a projectile on this part of the hood. According to the invention, the shock absorber device comprises a fuse element which collaborates with the pivot axis of the cover to allow a lowering of this part of the cover. According to a first feature of the invention, the hinge comprises a first portion, which forms a movable knuckle secured to the cover, in which is formed a groove adapted to cooperate with the pivot axis. The hinge has a first position where the pivot axis is locked in translation along the groove and a second position where the pivot axis is freely slidable along at least a portion of the groove. The first part preferably has a shape "gooseneck", allowing the groove to be inclined at an angle between 400 and 60 ° relative to the vertical axis of the vehicle. Such an angle being preferably 50 °. According to a second characteristic of the invention, the passage from the first position to the second position of the hinge is achieved by reaching a pressure threshold value exerted during the impact of the projectile on the part of the cover. According to a third feature of the invention, the first part of the hinge comprises at its upper end an extension positioned opposite said portion of the cover and which forms a bearing surface for the hood when the impact to allow the pivot pin to slide along the groove of the first part of the joint. According to a fourth characteristic of the invention, the shock absorbing device comprises a ring which surrounds the pivot axis in the first position of the hinge, the ring has an opening allowing it to be detached from the hinge. pivot axis in the second position of the joint. According to a last feature of the invention, a first portion of the ring is positioned in the groove, the groove having retaining means, locking in translation along the groove the first part of the ring. Such retaining means are adapted to allow free spacing of the opening, allowing the passage of the joint in its second position. The ring comprises a reinforcement such as a clip which, by enclosing a second portion of the ring, modifies the threshold value of the pressure to be exerted during the impact of the projectile on said part of the cover to pass the articulation in the second position. [0ou] The present invention also relates to a hinge for connecting a hood to the structure of a vehicle which comprises at least one of the preceding features. Other advantages and technical features of the present invention will appear more clearly in the light of the description which follows with reference to the figures of the accompanying drawings in which: - Figure 1 shows a partial view, in perspective, of a front cover of a vehicle having on each side, symmetrically, a hinge according to the invention; - Figure 2 shows a partial view, in detail, of one of the two lateral sides of the rear part of the hood, at the location of one of the two hinges; - Figures 3 and 6 show two views in partial section of the hinge, along the axis AA 'as shown in Figure 2, respectively in a first position corresponding to the normal operating position of the hinge and a second position corresponding to a lowered position of the hood following an impact of a projectile as shown in Figure 2; - Figures 4 and 5 show partial views, in section, of the hinge in the first position, respectively, along a plane BB 'and in a plane CC' as shown in Figure 3; and - Figures 7 and 8 show partial views, in section, of the hinge in the second position, respectively, along a plane DD 'and in a plane EE' as shown in Figure 3. [0013] Figure 1 represents a partial view, in perspective, of a front cover 1 of a vehicle having on each side, symmetrically, a hinge 2 according to the invention. The hinge 2 comprises a first portion 21 which forms a movable knuckle, taking the form of a "gooseneck" and a second portion 22 which forms a fixed knuckle. The first part 21 of the hinge 2 comprises a first end integral with the cover 1 and a second end secured to the second part 22 via a pivot axis 23, defining the axis of rotation of the cover 1. The second part 22 is integral with the vehicle structure. The hinge 2 is positioned behind the cover 1, at the level of the windshield awning (the awning and the windshield are not shown), the cover (1) swinging around the pivot axis 23, from the front of the vehicle to the windshield. Figure 2 shows a partial view, in detail, of one of the two lateral sides of the rear part of the cover 1, at the location of one of the two hinges 2. In this figure is also shown a projectile P hitting a portion of the hood 1 positioned above the hinge 2. Such a projectile P is for example used to simulate an accident and is projected on the hood 1 with an incident angle of 500 relative to an axis vertical Z. This angle of 500 corresponds to an average angle found during this type of accident. The first part 21 of the hinge 2 comprises a groove 24 along which is able to slide the pivot axis 23. As more particularly explained later, the hinge 2 comprises fusible retention means of the pivot axis 23, allowing in the absence of an impact on the hood, to maintain the pivot axis 23 in its initial location along the groove 24. The sliding of the pivot axis 23 along the groove 24 can not only for a shock exceeding a given threshold of stress on the cover 1. Such sliding then allows a lowering of this portion of the cover 1. The groove 24 is also preferably aligned at an angle of 500 relative to the vertical axis Z According to the shape restrictions of the first part 21, the angle α can be between 40 ° and 60 ° without inflating the sliding of the pivot pin 23 along the groove 24. The first part 21 of the hinge 2 has a part 25 extending from its upper end, to form a bearing surface against which is intended to support the hood 2 at the beginning of the impact of the projectile P on the hood 1. The extension 25 retains the angle of attack projectile P during the deformation of the part of the cover 1 receiving the projectile P to the hinge 2. Without this extension 25, the first end of the first portion 21 of the joint, then receives all the forces created by the impact of the projectile P on the cover 1, potentially creating twists along the first portion 21 and deforming the groove 24 no longer allowing the displacement of the pivot axis 23 along the groove 24. [0015] FIGS. 3 and 6 show two partial section views of the hinge 2, along the axis AA 'as shown in FIG. 2, respectively in a first position corresponding to the normal operating position of the hinge 2 and a second position. positio n corresponding to a lowered position of the hood following an impact of the projectile P, as shown in Figure 2. [0016] Figures 4 and 5 show partial views, in section, of the hinge 2 in the first position, respectively , in a plane BB 'and in a plane CC' as shown in Figure 3. [0017] Figures 7 and 8 show partial views, in section, of the hinge 2 in the second position, respectively, according to a plane DD 'and in a plane EE' as shown in Figure 3. [ools] In Figures 3 to 5 is more particularly visible the shape of the groove 24 and a ring 26 which is positioned around the pivot axis 23 The ring 26, which is generally made of plastic, has two parts; a first portion 261 which is positioned in the groove 24 and a second portion 262 which is positioned in a spacing formed between the first portion 21 and the second portion 22 of the hinge 2. The second portion 262 of the ring 26 is surrounded by a clip 27 generally metallic. The groove 24 comprises at the first portion 261 of the ring 26 an enlargement, forming two shoulders 28 against which are supported two side portions 263 of the upper wall of the first portion 261 of the ring 26. Between the two side portions 263, the upper wall of the first portion 261 of the ring 26 is partially open. The opening 264 positioned between the two lateral parts 263 is dimensioned so that the pivot axis 23 can not leave the ring 26 without a deformation of the two side portions 263 of the ring 26. The widening of the groove 24 tapers progressively descending along the ring 26, laterally blocking the bottom of the ring 26 in the groove 24. The opening 264 extends over the entire width of the ring 26. The clip 27 serves as a reinforcement to the opening 264, stiffening the first portion 261 and the second portion 262 of the ring 26. The rigidity of the clip 27 largely depends on the threshold value of stress to be applied to the hood by the projectile P so that the pivot axis is disengaged from the ring 26 and slides along the groove 24. [0019] In FIGS. 6 to 8, the ring 26 no longer surrounds the pivot pin 23, allowing the pivot pin 23 to slide along the groove 24 and come into abutment, at the top of the groove 24. To allow e such a relative displacement, the two side portions 263 of the first portion 261 of the ring 26 laterally deviate, allowing the passage of the pivot pin 23 through the opening 264. Such a spacing of the opening 264 is allowed by reaching a threshold level of constraint. FIG. 7 shows an arrow showing the downward direction of the first part 21 of the hinge 2. The pivot axis 23 and the second part 22 of the hinge 2 being integral with the vehicle structure, do not move when the projectile P hits the hood.
