Abstract
La présente invention concerne un panneau sandwich résistant au feu, utilisable notamment pour la réalisation de portes intégrées dans des blocs porte coupe feu ou des façades de gaines techniques coupe feu ou pour la réalisation de portillons de trappe de visite coupe feu, ledit panneau étant constitué d'exactement deux couches assemblées au moyen d'un liant, de préférence par collage, un isolant (1) en un matériau isolant, ledit matériau étant également structurel de sorte à supporter les contraintes mécaniques subies par le panneau lors de son utilisation habituelle, et une barrière (2) en un matériau incombustible, ledit matériau étant également structurel, de sorte à supporter le poids du panneau pendant un feu venant du côté dudit isolant (1) pendant une durée prédéterminée. La présente invention concerne également un panneau multicouches d'isolation acoustique et/ou thermique, utilisable notamment pour la réalisation de portes intégrées dans des blocs porte coupe feu ou des façades de gaines techniques coupe feu ou pour la réalisation de portillons de trappe de visite coupe feu, ledit panneau étant constitué d'au moins trois couches assemblées au moyen d'un liant, de préférence par collage, un isolant (1) en un matériau isolant, ledit matériau isolant étant également structurel de sorte à supporter les contraintes mécaniques subies par le panneau lors de son utilisation habituelle, entourée de deux barrières (2) en un matériau incombustible, ledit matériau incombustible étant également structurel, de sorte que la barrière (2) éloignée du feu supporte le poids du panneau pendant un feu venant du côté dudit isolant (1) pendant une durée prédéterminée.The present invention relates to a fire-resistant sandwich panel, which can be used in particular for the production of doors integrated in fire door blocks or facades of fire-fighting technical ducts or for the realization of fire inspection door gates, said panel consisting of exactly two layers assembled by means of a binder, preferably by bonding, an insulator (1) made of an insulating material, said material also being structural so as to withstand the mechanical stresses to which the panel is subjected during its usual use, and a barrier (2) of non-combustible material, said material also being structural, so as to support the weight of the panel during a fire from the side of said insulator (1) for a predetermined time.
