Abstract

Système informatique permettant, dans un gestionnaire de fichiers ou documents, le déplacement de fichiers et dossiers par « sélection flottante ». Actuellement, dans les gestionnaires de fichiers ou documents, le déplacement de fichiers et dossiers se fait au moyen d’un « glisser-déposer » réalisé en une seule « opération ». Ainsi, en dissociant le « glisser » du « déposer », l’utilisateur a la liberté de choisir ou même de créer son dossier de destination après avoir commencer le déplacement des fichiers et dossiers sélectionnés. Afin de dissocier le « glisser » du « déposer », le système informatique proposé permet lors du déplacement des fichiers et dossiers sélectionnés de créer automatiquement une « sélection flottante » (symbolisant les fichiers et dossiers sélectionnés) qui ne disparaît pas lorsque l’utilisateur relâche le bouton de la souris ou relève le doigt de l’écran tactile. La « sélection flottante  » créée peut être indéfiniment déplacée pour être positionnée dans un dossier de destination ou entre deux documents d’une présentation. Sont associés à la « sélection flottante » des boutons qui permettent d’effectuer le « déposer » ou d’annuler la « sélection flottante ». En associant à la « sélection flottante » les boutons « déplacer », « dupliquer » et « créer raccourcis » ce système permet donc de différer le choix de la manipulation souhaitée au moment du « déposer ».Computer system allowing, in a file or document manager, the movement of files and folders by "floating selection".
