Abstract
Device allowing climate modification at will. The invention relates to a device for modifying the climate without risk to health, and agriculture without falling hazardous chemicals. It is constituted mainly by the use of liquefied air at very low temperature, spread by means of suitable aircraft, at very high altitude. The device according to the invention is particularly intended for handling the weather, especially for the need of snow. winter sports, or fight against drought or abnormal climate warming and cooling of the atmosphere, due to human proliferation.
Description
The present invention relates to a device for manipulating at will the climate on a small or large scale. Current devices are through chemicals that are hazardous to health and agriculture, and also change the climate very locally and on a small scale.
The device according to the invention overcomes these drawbacks, it comprises in fact according to a first characteristic a tank filled with liquid air at very low temperature (liquefaction temperature), this large reservoir being intended to be transported by adapted fast planes , in order to propagate in the atmosphere at very high altitude the liquefied air that it contains, by means of valves and pipes on the outside of the apparatus. This tank also comprises 1 C an adjustable evaporation valve in order to be able to control the evaporation rate towards the outside of the apparatus, for maintaining the storage temperature of the liquid air, as a function of the external pressure ; this evaporation valve can also control by opening settings the internal pressurization of the tank to allow the ejection of liquefied air outside the tank and the device .. / 5 The ejection of air liquefied at high altitude, by means of several aircraft, would allow, on the one hand, to rapidly condense hot and humid air, rain or snow locally, and on the other hand, either by strategic spreading sites. important to modify the atmospheric pressures at different places of the planet, thus creating voluntary anticyclones to generate by differential temperature and pressure the natural displacement of cold, hot or humid air masses from one point to another of the globe , in order to move unwanted natural static air masses against their will. The device according to the invention is particularly intended for handling the weather, especially for the need for winter sports snow, or to fight against the drought or the abnormal climatic warming and cooling of the atmosphere, due to human proliferation 4 ..
