Dispositif pour protéger la première phalange proximale, l'articulation métacarpo phalangienne, le métacarpe ainsi que les ligaments et les tendons de l'index de la main gauche lors de la pratique des instruments de la famille des flûtes traversières. L'invention concerne un dispositif permettant de jouer de la flûte en diminuant les risques d'irritations, de formation de nodules, de compression du pédicule vasculo nerveux, de kystes de la première phalange proximales de l'index gauche. Ce dispositif permet la protection de la base de l'index et évite aussi l'usure de la flûte. Il permet aussi une meilleure adhérence entre la flûte et le doigt. Le dispositif est un tronc de cône oblique taillé sur la face arrière en cuir (exemple sur les figures) ou toutes autres matières.
