Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif de volatilisation des solvants présents dans de l'eau polluée par ces solvants basé sur la séparation de l'eau et des solvants au moyen d'un flux d'air. Dispositif permettant le transfert de masse entre une phase liquide et une phase gazeuse sans problèmes de précipitations, il permet de dépolluer de grandes quantités d'eau de façon simple, en limitant les nuisances, les coûts d'investissement et plus particulièrement de maintenance. Ce système est composé d'une succession de raccords chaudronnés dont les diamètres et les angles varient sur le parcours des fluides. Il permet la mise sous vide grâce à une tuyère injectant l'eau sous pression dans une conduite dont la géométrie permet l'aspiration d'air sans énergie, ce qui diminue les nuisances sonores et optimise son bilan énergétique. La géométrie du dispositif le rend accessible à la maintenance et peu vulnérable au colmatage, ce qui réduit les coûts d'entretien. Il optimise le processus de récupération des solvants. Il est économique en énergie, en maintenance et réduit les nuisances par rapports aux dispositifs classiques comme les tours de stripping et les stripeurs à tiroirs ou à plateaux.The invention relates to a device for volatilizing solvents present in water polluted by these solvents based on the separation of water and solvents by means of an air flow. It is economical in energy and maintenance and reduces pollution compared to conventional devices such as stripping towers and stripers with drawers or trays.
