Description
Si des microgouttes de sang se 30 trouvent sur l'élément partagé, le risque de contamination par des virus transmissibles par le sang augmente.FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to the field of smoking accessories intended for consumption by inhalation of solids or semi-solids (in the form of powders, pastes, pebbles, etc.). The invention relates more particularly to accessories developed within the framework of the Health Risk Reduction Program, in order to ensure better safety of smokers, and in particular to reduce the risk of transmission of infectious diseases by the blood as well as ingestion of particles likely to create lesions. Indeed, in case of oral or nasal inhalation, fine smoked particles come into contact with the lining of the mucous membranes. In some cases, they can cause injuries and weaken the integrity of the mucous membranes. A risk of bleeding then appears. Utensils used for inhalation may therefore be contaminated with a minute or even microscopic amount of blood and contaminate another user in case of sharing of the elements. The sharing of smoking utensils is a very common practice in the user population. On the other hand, during inhalation consumption with the usual utensils, a significant risk comes from the lips which are damaged by the heat of the inhaled smoke and are burned: the lesions go up to the blood sometimes and this is what , causes risks of contamination. BACKGROUND OF THE ART In the state of the art, a pipe is known under the trade name of. BRILLO by the American structure "BC Harm Reduction Strategies and Services" consisting of a tube and filters that can be introduced into the inhalation tube after folding and manipulation with the fingers. http://www.bccdc.ca/NR/rdonlyres/BE43F781-79D2- 42A2-9BDA-D87B5DE8F311 / 0 / BROCHURE3_screens2.pdf 10 These filters consist of thin, round, flat grids of copper that users bend and twist. and compress into a ball that serves as a filter. Disadvantages of the Prior Art The known solutions of the prior art are not entirely satisfactory because the manufacture of the filter is not easy. The filter implements manual operations performed by the user who is used to manufacture the filter as it suits him, that is to say, which retains the smoke as he wishes. The filter thus produced may be very tight. The major concern is that the user often wounds his fingers to the blood during this step of filtering, which increases the risk of blood contamination by viruses such as HIV or hepatitis viruses. The process of healing among users becomes much less effective as the years of use are increased. It is therefore important to limit any risk of injury. Another disadvantage is related to the sharing of pipes between several users. If microdrops of blood are found on the shared element, the risk of contamination by blood-transmissible viruses increases.
OF THE INVENTION The object of the present invention is to remedy these drawbacks by proposing a pipe for inhaling solids or semi-solids under optimal inhalation and safety conditions. To this end, the invention relates to a kit for the consumption of solids by inhalation, comprising a tube of low thermal conductivity material, an interchangeable prevention tip and a filter element. The tip, silicone material, reduces the heat of the tube that touches the lips and thus reduce burns. Each tip is for personal use therefore aims to reduce the risk of contamination by sharing pipes. The filter element serves to: - filter the smoke so that it does not arrive too quickly and too hot in the throat. filtering the particles from the solid and that the users do not want to inhale. Conveniently, it is the filter that holds the solid at the end of the pipe so that it does not fall and the user can heat it easily. The solid melts gradually on the filter and gradually fouls. The filter element capable of being introduced into said tube is constituted by a cylinder formed by compression of knitted stainless steel wire having a cross section of between 150 and 300 micrometers, said element having an outer section substantially identical to the inner section of the inhalation tube and a height of between 2 and 10 millimeters.
Preferably, the height of the filter is 5 millimeters and the section of the steel wire 180 microns. Advantageously, the knitted yarn is subjected during the production of the cylindrical element at a pressure of between 10 and 20 tons applied using a stamping press. According to a preferred embodiment, said wire is made of 304 stainless steel. According to a preferred embodiment, the inhalation tube is formed by a glass pipe, the shape and dimensions of which may differ. Advantageously, the tip is constituted by an interchangeable piece of silicone. The invention also relates to a filter element 15 for a pipe intended for such a kit. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF A NON-LIMITATIVE EMBODIMENT The present invention will be better understood on reading the description which follows, relating to a nonlimiting example of embodiment in which: FIG. 1 represents a schematic view of the constituents of a kit according to FIG. 2 shows a detail view of an exemplary filter; FIG. 3 shows a pipe of which the three components have been assembled for use. The kit comprises a tube (1) made of glass and one or more soft silicone tips (2> adaptable by insertion into the pipe (1), the kit contains, for example, one or more tips for each pipe. The tip (2) and / or the tube (1) are straight tubular or angled, and the kit also includes a filter (3) forming a cylindrical package of knitted steel wire. a section corresponding to the inner section of the tube (1), for example 10.95 millimeters with a tolerance of 50 micrometers The height of the filter is 5 millimeters, with a tolerance of 0.5 millimeters The filter (3) represented in FIG. Figure 2 is a compression view in a 15 ton stamping press and a punch / matrix punch imprint of 8. The thread is a bright stainless steel 304 stainless steel wire. by an alloy comprising the following elements: carbon, chromium, silicon, man ganesis, phosphorus, sulfur and nickel.
The wire (4) has a 180 micrometer section with a tolerance of 15 micrometers. It is formed by a knitted yarn, cut, rolled and compressed in two stages. It allows to filter particles whose size is between 150 and 250 micrometers.
The yarn (4) is meshed and folded to form compressed meshes, so as to avoid the formation of pointed asperities. The weight of the wire is about 1.2 grams, in any case greater than 0.85 grams, for a filter of 10.95 millimeters in section and 5 millimeters in height. 30.02724 Figure 3 shows the pipe whose three components referred to above were assembled. The filter (3) is inserted into the tube (1). The embodiment of the filter (3) avoids the presence of asperities likely to injure the fingers of the user. The porosity obtained with the characteristics of the steel wire and the compression ratio is optimal to block the passage of solid elements whose ingestion is dangerous. The silicone tip (2) is inserted into one end of the tube (1) interchangeably.
