Claims (4)
- REVENDICATIONS1. Procédé de purification d'un écoulement d'eau, notamment d'un écoulement d'eau de forage ou d'eau de ville destinée à la fabrication d'une préparation industrielle sous forme liquide, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend les étapes suivantes dans cet ordre : - adoucissement et traitement par osmose inverse dudit écoulement d'eau ; - exposition dudit écoulement d'eau à un rayonnement ultra-violet ; - circulation dudit écoulement d'eau au travers d'un lit de billes de diamètre compris entre 5 et 30 millimètres, formé d'une pluralité de billes métalliques et d'une pluralité de billes en matériau non magnétique distribuées de façon sensiblement homogène au sein dudit lit de billes, au cours de laquelle ledit écoulement d'eau est exposé à des ultrasons de fréquence préférentiellement comprise entre 20 et 60 kHz et encore plus préférentiellement entre 34 et 38kHz sur au moins une première portion dudit lit de billes et à un champ électromagnétique sur au moins une deuxième portion dudit lit de billes.
- 2. Procédé de purification selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite pluralité de billes métalliques et ladite pluralité de billes en matériau non magnétique sont formées de billes de diamètres sensiblement identiques.
- 3. Procédé de purification selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que ladite pluralité de billes métalliques est en acier inoxydable magnétique.
- 4. Procédé de purification selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que lesdites première et deuxième portions dudit lit de bille se chevauchent au moins partiellement. S. Procédé de purification selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que ladite première portion dudit lit de billes et ladite deuxième portion dudit lit de billes sont séparées par une cloison. 6. Procédé de purification selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que ledit lit de billes s'étend sur 1,8 mètre à 2,2 mètres de long dans la direction dudit écoulement. 7. Procédé de purification selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que ledit lit de billes est un lit de billes compacté présentant une porosité comprise entre 0,17 et 0,38. 8. Procédé de purification selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre une étape de filtration dudit écoulement d'eau au travers d'un élément microporeux tel qu'un complexe, une grille ou une membrane. 9. Procédé de purification selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que ledit élément microporeux présente un diamètre hydraulique inférieur, et de préférence au moins 10 fois inférieur, à une longueur d'onde desdits ultrasons et/ou dudit champ magnétique et/ou dudit rayonnement ultraviolet 10. Procédé de purification selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le pas moyen du réseau dudit lit de bille et/ou le diamètre moyen des pores dudit lit de bille est un multiple de la longueur d'onde associée à ladite fréquence des ultrasons. 11. Procédé de purification selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que ledit lit de bille est logé dans un boitier au moins partiellement opaque présentant au moins une dimension intérieure multiple d'une longueur d'onde desdits ultrasons et/ou dudit champ 20 électromagnétique. 12. Système de purification d'un écoulement d'eau, notamment d'eau de forage ou d'eau de ville destinée à la fabrication d'une préparation industrielle sous forme liquide, configuré de sorte à pouvoir être monté sur un conduit d'écoulement de ladite eau, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend : 25 - des moyens d'adoucissement et de traitement par osmose inverse dudit écoulement d'eau ; - un lit de billes de diamètre compris entre 5 et 30 millimètres, formé d'une pluralité de billes métalliques et d'une pluralité de billes en matériau non magnétique distribuées de façon sensiblement homogène au sein dudit lit de 30 billes ;- des moyens d'exposition dudit écoulement à des ultrasons de fréquence préférentiellement comprise entre 20 et 60 kHz et encore plus préférentiellement entre 34 et 38kHz sur au moins une première portion dudit lit de billes ; - des moyens d'exposition dudit écoulement à un champ électromagnétique sur au moins une deuxième portion dudit lit de billes ; et - des moyens d'exposition dudit écoulement d'eau à un rayonnement ultraviolet montés en amont dudit lit de billes.10
