Abstract

The system has a support (1) that is provided with a set of ends (3), and a set of teeth (2) that is allowed to encircle skull, face and to encircle the nape of the neck, while passing behind the ears. The support is made of an unspecified sufficiently flexible material so as to allow the support to conform to the shape of the skull during use. The support comprises a moving part that slips between the teeth so as to withdraw all the wedged insects i.e. lice. A handle is fixed to the support so as to provide grip during removal of the insects off the hair.

Description

The present invention consists in a system which allows the elimination, in a single passage of a few seconds, of the lice and nits present in a hair, whatever the movements of the latter, and the place where they are located. on the head. The current remedies consist in coating the hair with a chemical, or natural, which requires a variable exposure time depending on the product, can go up to a whole night, then try to remove the dead lice and nits with a comb lice whose use, even after many long and tedious passages in the hair wick, does not guarantee the removal of all dead or live lice. The present invention offers, in addition to the guarantee of the removal of all dead or living lice on a head, an extremely time saving since the gesture only lasts for a few seconds (instead of, between 30 minutes and one night for the products, time to which it is necessary to add between 20 and 45 mn approximately for the passage of the comb with lice, and that without guarantee of the result), and a perfectly ecological use. The system according to the present invention consists of an object shaped "headband" of the same principle as those used for hairstyles. Inside this support in the form of "headband" are fixed comb teeth (comparable to those used for conventional lice combs with a spacing between each tooth of between 0.5 and 0.3 mm)); the teeth have a particular curvature in the direction of the length, so as to marry as much as possible the shape of the skull (system comparable to the "head massager"); By sliding between the hair of the top of the head and on the sides, until the nape, the teeth of the device pass simultaneously on the whole of the hair; the teeth meet at the top of the neck, and the device is removed vertically (parallel to the spine) by keeping the comb teeth in the hair: Concerning the two endings of the lice trap: one side is refined, and the other has a notch allowing insertion of the refined side into the notch of the second side, with a simple closed holding system, so that the device can be tightened as far as possible until a "tail" is obtained. of horse "in the hair. According to particular embodiments: the support may be slightly curved inside so as to serve as a reservoir for possibly recovering lice which would become detached from the teeth; the support may be made of any material sufficiently flexible to marry the shape of the skull during use, - the teeth can be fixed in double row (comparable system to the razor 2 blades) of which one row can present a spacing between the teeth intended to detach the nits, or the two rows can be intended to trap only the lice, - the termination of each tooth may have a ball of soft material making it more pleasant contact of the teeth on the scalp, - the support may comprise a removable part, which sliding between the teeth can remove all the bugs stuck. - the system can be accompanied by an independent container, made of degradable material and disposable in the toilet. - The system may include a handle attached to the support so as to facilitate gripping during its removal of the hair The accompanying drawings illustrate the invention: Figure 1 shows the system of the invention opened. Figure 2 shows the closed system of the invention.

With reference to these drawings, the system comprises: a support (1) made of a sufficiently flexible material of the headband type, intended to slide from the front and on the sides of the head, to the nape of the neck, in such a way that the teeth (2), pass on the whole of the hair simultaneously and join on the neck, until obtaining a "ponytail" (fig.2), after its closing (3), the system is removed vertically (parallel to the spinal column) by keeping the teeth in the hair (fig.2), -3- - the teeth (2), comparable in their design to the teeth of the rag comb currently on the market, are in stainless steel or plastic material, and any material allowing easy passage into the hair, of sufficient length and spaced 0.3 mm maximum (for the capture of the lice) and (or) 0.19 mm (for the removal of nits ( 2), they have a particular curvature in the direction of the length, so as to marry aut as soon as possible the shape of the skull (a system comparable to the "head massager"); they are fixed inside the support (1) and positioned in such a way that they encircle the skull, from the forehead to the nape, passing behind the ears; - The ends of the support (3) comprise an adjustable closure system (one side will be refined, and the other will have a notch, allowing the insertion of the refined side in the notch of the second side, with a simple closed holding system ) so that the system can be tightened as much as possible until it is closed; - There will be an independent container (4) used as a recuperator, degradable material and disposable in the toilet.
