Abstract

The device has a frame (5) provided with supports (3, 4) for enclosing a handle of a pallet truck-type trolley. A substitution handle (2) substitutes the handle of the trolley. Multiple monoaxial force sensors (1) are inserted between the substitution handle and the frame. The sensors are placed to measure pushing and tractive efforts of the trolley and to determine a direction of the pushing and tractive efforts relative to the handle of the trolley. A detection device detects measurements from the force sensors. The substitution handle is connected to the frame by the force sensors.

Description

-1- La présente invention concerne un dispositif de mesure d'efforts de manipulation de chariot de manutention. Ce chariot peut être un transpalette ou un dispositif similaire répondant au critère suivant : le chariot est tiré ou poussé, par l'intermédiaire d'une poignée, laquelle est reliée au chariot par un manche. La surveillance des risques du travail, liés à la manutention de charges au moyen de tels chariots, nécessite de mesurer les efforts réels développés par les opérateurs de manutention, et d'enregistrer les mesures sur des périodes plus ou moins longues. Il existe actuellement divers dispositifs de mesure de force, cependant il n'existe pas de dispositif permettant d'effectuer des mesures d'effort sur un chariot de manutention, sans modification du chariot, et sans perturber la mesure, c'est-à-dire sans modifier les conditions d'utilisation du chariot. L'idée sur laquelle s'appuie la présente invention consiste à adjoindre une poignée de substitution au chariot (laquelle sera située à seulement quelques centimètres de la poignée du chariot, afin de ne pas perturber l'utilisation normale du chariot), et à intercaler un ou des capteurs d'efforts, entre la poignée du chariot et la poignée de substitution. C'est donc la poignée de substitution qui sera utilisée à la place de la poignée du chariot, durant toute la période de mesure. Le dispositif selon l'invention comporte un châssis (5) léger mais rigide. Ce châssis est muni de deux brides de fixation (3), destinées à enserrer la zone de préhension de la poignée du chariot, ainsi qu'une bride de fixation (4), destinée à enserrer le manche (8) du chariot. Les deux brides (1) sont suffisamment espacées pour ne pas entrer en conflit avec le manche (8), qui se prolonge jusqu'à cette -2- partie préhensile, sur certains types de transpalette. Les 35 brides (3) et (4) peuvent être aisément interchangées pour pouvoir s'adapter à d'autres types de chariots, par exemple ceux dont le manche est rond et non rectangulaire. La poignée de substitution (2) est reliée au moyen d'un ou plusieurs capteur(s) de force au châssis. Il peut s'agir, 40 indifféremment, d'un capteur d'effort multiaxial ou de plusieurs capteurs mono-axiaux placés selon un angle déterminé. It is therefore the substitution handle that will be used instead of the handle of the carriage, during the entire measurement period. The device according to the invention comprises a frame (5) light but rigid. This frame is provided with two fixing flanges (3) for gripping the gripping area of the handle of the carriage, and a fixing flange (4) for gripping the handle (8) of the carriage. The two flanges (1) are sufficiently spaced to not conflict with the handle (8), which extends to this prehensile portion, on certain types of pallet truck. The flanges (3) and (4) can be easily interchanged to accommodate other types of trolleys, for example those with a round, non-rectangular handle. The substitution handle (2) is connected by means of one or more force sensors to the frame. It may be, indifferently, a multiaxial force sensor or several mono-axial sensors placed at a given angle. For example, in Figures a and b, there are two mono-axial sensors (1), positioned perpendicularly.
