Abstract
Description
25 30 35 40 45 50The present invention relates to a device substituting hydraulic excavation excavators for self-regulating the level of a watercourse without human intervention or automation. The regulation of the level of rivers during periods of flood, low water or informal maneuvering of an upstream structure traditionally calls for vigilance followed by human mobilization or automation requiring energy input. driving. In this case, the time of reactivity is decisive to preserve the human risk and the ecological, material and financial consequences in case of flood for example. The aggravating factor of such a situation is often lack of anticipation. The device according to the invention overcomes this disadvantage. It comprises in fact according to a first feature, a frame forming the outer structure disposed vertically in which is placed on the same plane a hinged panel on a horizontal axis held in two housings fixed on the frame, forming an upper part and a lower part. This hinged panel, in its lower part, abuts in vertical position, and in its upper part can come into abutment in tilted position. This device, placed facing a liquid flow, receives on either side of the axis an applied force which, depending on the level, modulates the opening of the panel Thus, when the level of liquid applied to the hinged panel generates by relative to its axis a higher force in the upper part, the panel tilts and causes a preferential passage of the liquid flow at the bottom, which implies a lowering of the liquid level. As soon as the level of liquid applied to the hinged panel generates an upper force in the lower part with respect to its axis, the panel returns to the vertical position and hides the passage of the liquid flow in the lower part. As a result, the device provides level control without mechanization. According to particular embodiments: -the panel may not screed the frame in its lower part so as to obtain the calculated permanent passage of a liquid flow -the panel may have a larger width in the lower part so as to have a stop function on the metal frame -two guiding cheeks located laterally in the upper part of the frame can contain the flow of liquid escaping on either side of the panel. the structure can have an anchor for receiving the rack of a structure -two movable fingers (14) vertically on one axis and abutment in a horizontal position 35 can lift and retain easily the jams. The attached drawings illustrate the invention: FIG. 1 represents a front view and a right view of the device according to the invention. With reference to these drawings, the device comprises a rigid frame (1) whose outer profile (2) matches an existing rebate of structure. Two housings (3) 40 fixed on the rigid frame (1) receive the ends of a horizontal hinge pin (4) integral with the panel (5). The upper part of the panel (6) matches the inner passage of the rigid frame (7). The lower part of the panel (8), by greater dimensions, rests in abutment (9) on the rigid frame (1). The upper part of the panel (6) rests on a stop (10) when the panel is fully tilted (Figure 2). Two 45 guide cheeks of the outgoing liquid flow (11) are attached laterally in the upper part of the frame. The position of the axis on the panel is such that according to the pressures applied by the flow of liquid on the added low and high parts of the panel, an action brings the panel a rest position at minimum flow (12) or position 50 tilted to higher flow rate (13). The position of the panel is directly related to the level of liquid placed on the panel. As a result, liquid level control is effected, directly related to the vertical placement of the structure with respect to the bed of the liquid flow. In the embodiment according to Figure 1, the assembly is composed of a rigid frame (1) assembled forming the outer structure, a panel (5) articulated on an axis (4) covering all or part of the inner surface of the frame (7), two housings (3) integral with the rigid frame receiving the two ends of the axis of the panel (4). The frame is equipped with a stopper in the upper part (10) having a function of end 10 of the panel in the tilted position and two cheeks (11) for guiding the liquid stream exiting at the top. According to a variant not illustrated, the guide cheeks laterally fixed in the upper part of the frame may have variable dimensions depending on a desired liquid leakage rate at the top to promote greater oxygenation of the water. As a non-limiting example, the structure will be mechanically welded and rectangular section. The device may be stainless steel or anti-corrosion treated. The device according to the invention is particularly intended to replace automation or human intervention in the maneuvering of shovels on the hydraulic structures of watercourses and to provide an economic solution and the partial resolution of the ecological continuity objectives issued. by the SDAGE from the water law. 25 30 35 40 45 50
