Abstract

The swing has a rotary platform (6) mounted between two opposite reinforcements (1), where hubs for pulleys or pinions (2) are fixed on the opposite reinforcements. The pulleys or pinions are connected by belts or chains (5) of an interacting drive. The reinforcements are surmounted by a horizontal driveshaft (3) that controls rotation of the pulleys or pinions. One of the reinforcements is fixed on pedals (13), a saddle (12) and safety levers (11). The platform is connected to the reinforcements by fixing elbows (7). Elements of the reinforcements are interconnected by connection joints (4).

- 1 - La présente invention concerne une balançoire mécanisée permettant aux parents et leurs enfants de jouer ensemble. Traditionnellement, pour ce type de dispositif, le parent est réduit à un rôle d'assistance pour aider l'enfant à se balancer ou encore à celui de spectateur.The present invention relates to a mechanized swing allowing parents and their children to play together. La balançoire mécanisée selon l'invention permet de réaliser deux objectifs à la fois : un objectif ludique pour l'enfant et un objectif sportif pour le parent ou l'adulte qui l'accompagne. Elle est composée d'une plate-forme rotative de forme rectangulaire ou carrée sur laquelle sont fixés des sièges comportant des sangles de sécurité indispensables pour éviter les chutes. Selon une première caractéristique, la plate-forme est montée entre deux armatures surmontées d'un arbre de transmission horizontal qui permet de faire interagir les poulies ou pignons situés sur l'une des armatures opposées. Ces poulies ou pignons permettent de démultiplier l'effort exercé par le parent ou l'adulte grâce aux courroies ou chaines d'entrainement qui les relient. La synchronisation de toutes les forces (poulies ou pignons, parent ou adulte) permet de faire tourner la plate-forme en avant ou en arrière selon les choix de l'adulte qui la met en mouvement. Selon des modes particuliers de réalisation : - les armatures peuvent être fixées au sol soit sur une embase en bois, soit sur de supports en béton enfuis dans le sol. - sur l'une des armatures sont fixées : une selle sur laquelle s'assoit le parent ou l'adulte 20 pour commander le mouvement de rotation grâce à son action sur les pédales ou manivelles ; celui-ci se servant des deux manettes pour maintenir son équilibre sur la selle. - les sièges peuvent être fixés directement sur le cadre de la plate-forme. - les sièges peuvent aussi être fixés indirectement sur le cadre de la plate-forme à partir d'un axe suspendu en-dessous du cadre à l'aide de bras ou bielles pivotant(e)s. Cette 25 dernière configuration permet un balancement additionnel en plus de la rotation de la plate-forme sur elle-même. - une armature peut être un ensemble de différentes pièces qui seront montées les unes aux autres à l'aide de joints de raccordement. Elle peut-être aussi une pièce unique. - les moyeux recevant les poulies ou pignons peuvent être fixés sur les armatures ou sur les 30 coffrages utilisés pour couvrir les armatures. Les dessins annexés illustrent l'invention : La figure 1 représente la vue générale de la balançoire mécanisée (image légèrement inclinée). La figure 2 représente la balançoire vue de face (avec la plate-forme en position verticale) 35 ainsi que les sièges avec ceintures de sécurité. - 2 - La figure 3 est une vue horizontale d'une armature, avec tous les renforts nécessaires. La figure 4 est une coupe des coffrages qui seront utilisés pour couvrir les armatures et/ou fixés les moyeux. Les figures 5 et 6 représentent en coupe l'embase en bois de fixation éventuelle au sol des armatures. En référence à ces dessins, la balançoire mécanisée comporte deux armatures opposées (1) sur lesquelles peuvent être fixés les moyeux qui recevront les poulies ou pignons (2) qui permettent le mouvement de rotation de la plate-forme. Les deux armatures sont surmontées d'un arbre de transmission (3) horizontal qui permet de faire interagir les poulies ou pignons opposés, permettant ainsi de démultiplier l'effort exercé par le parent ou l'adulte depuis la selle (12) où il est assis, en restant en équilibre grâce aux manettes (11) qu'il tient. La force diffusée est partagée entre les poulies ou pignons, grâce aux courroies ou chaines (5) qui les relient, et l'adulte qui les actionne. Entre les deux armatures est montée le cadre servant de plate-forme rotative (6) de 15 forme rectangulaire ou carrée sur laquelle peuvent être fixés, directement, des sièges comportant des sangles de sécurité (10). Ceux-ci peuvent aussi être fixés, indirectement, à partir d'un axe (9) suspendu en-dessous du cadre de la plate-forme à l'aide de bras ou bielles pivotants (8) permettant un balancement additionnel en plus de celui induit par la rotation du cadre de la plate-forme. Des coudes de fixation (7) permettent de fixer le cadre 20 de la plate-forme de part et d'autre des deux armatures opposées et facilitent la rotation de celle-ci sur elle-même. Une armature peut être en un seul élément unique ou encore en plusieurs éléments séparés qui seront rassemblés à l'aide des joints de raccordement (4). Sur l'une des deux armatures sont fixées deux pédales ou une manivelle (13). Ces armatures sont fixées au sol soit sur une embase, soit sur des supports en béton (14) enfuis 25 dans le sol.
