Abstract

The device has a washing tank (3) in which nozzles (2) are positioned. The nozzles are connected to a high pressure water pump, where water pressure of the water pump ranges between 30 and 300 bars to wash by using less than 8 l of water. The tank comprises a siphon (1) at its outlet, where the siphon has diameter of 32, 40 or 50 mm. The siphon is equipped with a grid to allow the evacuation of disintegrated materials and recovery of small medical instruments inadvertently set in the tank.

Description

La présente invention concerne un dispositif automatisé pour laver les bassins de lit, les urinaux, les bocaux et accessoires en milieu médical. Le lavage automatisé des bassins de lit, des urinaux, des bocaux et accessoires se fait traditionnellement par une pompe à eau haut débit consommant en moyenne 27 litres d'eau et s'évacuant par un siphon type WC de diamètre 100 mm. Les petits instruments médicaux éventuellement oubliés dans la cuve passent directement dans les égouts. Le dispositif selon l'invention permet de remédier à ces inconvénients. Il comporte 10 en effet une pompe à eau haute pression qui lave avec moins de 8 litres d'eau et désintègre les matières pour faciliter l'évacuation par la grille d'un siphon de diamètre 32, 40 ou 50 mm en sortie (1) et récupérer les petits instruments médicaux mis par inadvertance dans la cuve. La pression d'eau de la pompe haute pression se situe, suivant le modèle du 15 dispositif, entre 30 et 300 Bars. Les gicleurs (2) sont positionnés dans la cuve de lavage (3) et sur le bras de lavage (4). Le matériel à laver est positionné sur lé bras de lavage.
