Communication terminal comprising contactless communication means, a method of operating such a terminal. FIELD OF THE DISCLOSURE The field of the invention is that of communication terminals comprising contactless communication means, and more particularly mobile terminals that can read contactless cards. 2. Prior art There exist to date communication terminals, for example electronic payment terminals, having both chip card reading means and contactless card reading means. In these conventional terminals, the contactless antenna is located inside the box of the terminal. A disadvantage of this type of terminal of the prior art lies in the fact that, for constraints of distance of the contactless antenna with respect to the electronic components of the terminal, the size of the terminal remains relatively large. There is another type of terminal in which the antenna is placed outside the terminal, in a specific box. A disadvantage of this type of terminal lies in the addition of an external housing, thus increasing the volume of the terminal and affecting its maneuverability. 3. Objectives of the invention The invention, in at least one embodiment, is intended in particular to overcome these various disadvantages of the state of the art. More specifically, in at least one embodiment of the invention, an objective is to provide a communication terminal comprising contactless communication means while having a compact shape and a small size. 4. DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION The invention proposes a new solution which does not have all of these disadvantages of the prior art, in the form of a communication terminal comprising non-contact communication means. According to one embodiment of the invention, at least part of said contactless communication means is disposed on a mobile mounted keyboard cover on said terminal Thus, the invention is based on a new and inventive approach to the architecture of a communication terminal comprising non-contact communication means, for skillfully arranging at least a portion of these contactless communication means on a mobile keyboard cover mounted on the terminal and thus to respect minimum distance constraints between certain parts of the communication means. contactless communication (for example the contactless communication antenna) and the rest of the electronic components integrated in the terminal. This particular arrangement therefore makes it possible to integrate contactless communication means with terminals of very small size. Indeed, the mobile keyboard cover mounted on the terminal is at a distance relatively far from the electronic components of the terminal, and has a sufficient surface to integrate part of the contactless communication means. According to a particular characteristic of the invention, the part of the non-contact communication means comprises a contactless antenna and the contactless antenna is deactivated when the keyboard cover is in the open position and the contactless antenna is activated when the keyboard cover is in the closed position. Thus, this embodiment makes it possible to respect a minimum distance constraint necessary between a contactless antenna and the other electronic components of the terminal, even for a small terminal. Furthermore, the terminal design being based on the respect of a minimum distance between the antenna disposed on the keyboard cover, when it is closed, and the rest of the electronic components, the terminal according to this embodiment of the invention. The invention makes it possible to deactivate the antenna when the keyboard cover is open, and to activate the antenna when the keyboard cover is closed. Thus, when the keyboard cache is closed, the user of the terminal can easily present a contactless card, intended to be read by the antenna, above the keyboard cover, while when the keyboard cover is open, it allows the use of other means of communication, for example a keyboard or the insertion of a smart card, thus not requiring the activation of contactless communication means.
According to a particular aspect of the invention, the terminal is an electronic payment terminal and the keyboard cover is folded down on the keypad of the electronic payment terminal in its closed position. Thus, according to this embodiment of the invention, an electronic payment terminal comprising both communication means by chip reader or contactless reader, is equipped with a mobile keyboard cover (can be folded on the keyboard input or reassembly during the data entry via the keyboard, while allowing to hide this entry) in which a part of the contactless communication means is disposed.
The invention also relates to a method of operating such a communication terminal comprising a step of deactivating the part of the contactless communication means when the keyboard cover is in the open position and a step of activating the part. non-contact communication means when the keyboard cover is in the closed position. According to a particular characteristic of the invention, the activation step comprises a step of supplying the part of the contactless communication means and the deactivation step comprises a step of interrupting the power supply the part of the means contactless communication. 4. List of Figures Other features and advantages of the invention will appear more clearly on reading the following description of a particular embodiment, given as a simple illustrative and non-limiting example, and the accompanying drawings, among which: - Figures la and lb show an example of communication terminal according to a particular embodiment of the invention, respectively when the cover is in the open position and closed. 5. DESCRIPTION OF AN EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION The general principle of the invention is based on the integration, in a mobile keyboard cover mounted on a communication terminal, of a part of the contactless communication means that comprises this terminal, thus allowing to respect the minimum distance constraints between this part of the contactless communication means and the rest of the electronic components integrated in the terminal while minimizing the size of the terminal. With reference to FIGS. 1a and 1b, an embodiment of the invention is presented.
According to this embodiment of the invention, the keyboard cache 101 mounted on the mobile terminal can be raised and can enter, confidentially, data on the keyboard (Figure la).
In addition, the keyboard cover 101 can be folded down on the keyboard, and thus hide it completely (Figure lb). According to this particular embodiment of the invention, part of the contactless communication means, and more particularly a non-contact antenna (not shown in the figures, since integrated in the cache 101), is arranged in this keyboard cache 101, so as to maximize the distance between this contactless antenna and the rest of the electronic components (not shown) of the terminal, located in the actual body of the terminal, while allowing the design of a terminal of very small size. Indeed, for reasons of interference and electromagnetic compatibility, a contactless antenna must be at a minimum distance from other electronic components, this constraint preventing the realization of small terminals when the antenna is integrated with the other components e. In this way, the invention, according to this embodiment, can greatly reduce the size of the terminal, the contactless antenna can be at a sufficient distance from other electronic components because of its positioning on the mobile keyboard cover . In addition, such a terminal makes it possible to maintain good maneuverability, without adding any additional element to the box of the terminal, the keyboard cover being extremely flat and, although mobile, forming an integral part of the box of the terminal. Moreover, according to this embodiment of the invention, the closing or opening position of the keyboard cover 101 makes it possible to activate or deactivate the antenna, thus avoiding the use of several communication means simultaneously. Indeed, when the keyboard cover 101 is in the open position (Figure la), then the contactless antenna is disabled, so as not to allow reading of a contactless card presented near the terminal and thus to do not interfere with a different mode of communication in progress (for example, reading a smart card, entering a code via the keyboard, etc.). This deactivation can be done for example via a disconnection of the antenna or an interruption of the power of the contactless communication means, making it inactive. On the other hand, when the keyboard cache 101 is in the closed position (FIG. 1b), the contactless antenna is activated, allowing the reading of a contactless card presented in front of the cache, this reading not requiring the capture of a code on the keyboard that is rendered inaccessible by the closed keyboard cover. This activation can be done for example via an antenna connection or a power supply step of the wireless communication means, making it active. Naturally, this function of deactivating the wireless communications means at the opening of the keypad can be inhibited in the case of specific applications that may require access to the keypad input when using contactless cards. This closed position of the keyboard cover also makes it possible to avoid unintended support on the keyboard that may cause processing errors during handling of the product or when the latter is placed in the user's pocket. A terminal according to the various particular embodiments of the invention therefore has all the advantages of a terminal comprising contactless communication means respecting the constraints of minimum distance between these contactless communication means and the other electronic components of the terminal and having a small size and an optimal maneuverability for the user.
