Abstract

The device has sliding plates formed as a female plate (F1) and a male plate and arranged such that variable adjustment of an interval between rafters is allowed between the sliding plates. The sliding plates comprise ends provided with a return unit (3) and drillings (4) for fixing with the rafters such that a mini telescopic formwork is formed in different heights of 120 mm, 160 mm, 200 mm and 240 mm. Length of the mini telescopic formwork amounts to a range about 370-620 mm. The sliding plates are made of a rigid material.

-1 - La présente invention concerne un mini coffrage télescopique pour coffrage, arase ou scellement de chevrons, solives, bastaings ou autres pièces en toiture ou plancher de bâtiment. Traditionnellement pour effectuer ces coffrages, arases ou scellements on utilise des s planchettes en bois qu'il faut scier une par une à la bonne longueur de l'intervalle (variable) entre les chevrons, ... (ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas : coups de scie mal placés (trop court, trop long, en biais)) ainsi que travail avec des matériels électriques et blessures possibles. La plaque « mâle » comporte les 2 extrémités avec retour (7) (17) (à titre d'exemple à 25 90°) avec au minimum 2 perçages par retour (8) (18). Les plaques sont constituées en matériau rigide. Selon des modes particuliers de réalisation : Le matériau rigide est compatible avec une non adhérence (ou très faible adhérence) au béton (à titre d'exemple non limitatif : matériau non poreux et / ou lisse et / ou pouvant 30 être huilé), ceci pour : un décoffrage très aisé, une réutilisation du mini coffrage sans entretien ou avec un léger entretien (chiffon sec, chiffon huilé, Karcher, ...). Le mini coffrage est prêt à l'emploi une fois la plaque « mâle » placée dans la plaque 35 « femelle » et que l'on ait contrôlé qu'aucun « grain » ne vienne perturber le bon coulissement. -2 - La fixation du mini coffrage s'effectue en général par la mise en place de la plaque « femelle » avec l'accolement de son extrémité avec retour (3) (13) à un chevron, ... et sa fixation à celui-ci, par l'intermédiaire de vis, clous, pointes, agrafes, ... à travers les perçages (4) (14). s Ensuite par coulissement de la plaque « mâle » et en amenant sa « libre » extrémité avec retour (7) (17) contre le chevron, ... adjacent, et après réglage il suffit de fixer la plaque « mâle » au chevron, ... adjacent, de la même façon que celle décrite pour la plaque « femelle » à travers les perçages (8) (18). De part sa confection le mini coffrage est réversible. 1.0 Dans la forme de réalisation selon les figures 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, le retour de l'extrémité de la plaque « femelle » (3) (13) peut être plus large que ceux des extrémités de la plaque « mâle » (7) (17), pour une meilleure mise en place. Dans la forme de réalisation selon les figures 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, les retours des extrémités sont partiels, ce qui permet un nettoyage aisé de l'éventuel mortier ou béton résiduel ou 15 excédentaire. Selon une variante non illustrée, le mini coffrage peut être réalisé avec des plaques comportant 1 âme, 1 ailette inclinée et 1 ailette en U, ou avec des plaques comportant 1 âme et des ailettes de formes diverses (exemple non limitatif : en vé, en vé renversé). Selon une variante non illustrée, la plaque « mâle » peut n'avoir qu'une seule extrémité 20 avec retour et avec au minimum 2 perçages. Selon une variante non illustrée, les retours des extrémités peuvent avoir des griffes (pointes multiples) qui viennent s'insérer dans le bois par pression (exemple non limitatif : simples coups de maillet). Selon une variante non illustrée, les âmes du mini coffrage peuvent avoir des évidements pour passage de gaines, tuyaux, ... En général selon le type de toiture ou de plancher la distance entre chevrons, ... est de 30 l'ordre de 400 mm à 600 mm. A titre d'exemple non limitatif, le mini coffrage télescopique peut avoir : - une longueur (extensible) de 370 mm à 620 mm, - des hauteurs différentes (exemples : 120 mm, 160 mm, 200 mm, 240 mm).
