Claims (11)
- REVENDICATIONS1) Procédé de fabrication d'un stockeur d'énergie électrique (1) de véhicule automobile du type de ceux consistant à - produire un bac (2, 8) en matériau thermiquement conducteur présentant une paroi (2) munie extérieurement d'ailettes (3) longitudinales; - agencer dans ledit bac (2, 3) au moins une cellule de stockage d'énergie électrique (4); - remplir ledit bac (2, 3) d'une résine (7) thermoconductrice et électriquement isolante; caractérisé en que l'on forme ladite paroi (2) par extrusion.
- 2) Procédé de fabrication d'un stockeur d'énergie électrique (1) de véhicule automobile selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'on réalise ladite paroi 15 (2) par segmentation d'un profilé extrudé creux (9) à une longueur (L) sensiblement égale à une profondeur (P) dudit bac (2, 8).
- 3) Procédé de fabrication d'un stockeur d'énergie électrique (1) de véhicule automobile selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que: 20 - on segmente au moins un profilé extrudé (10) à une longueur (L) sensiblement égale à une profondeur (P) dudit bac (2, 8). - on réalise ladite paroi (2) en assemblant les segments obtenus (10).
- 4) Procédé de fabrication d'un stockeur d'énergie électrique (1) de véhicule 25 automobile selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que: - ledit bac (2, 8) est conçu de manière à présenter un axe de symétrie (XX') ou au moins un plan de symétrie axial; - on produit un profilé extrudé (10) présentant sensiblement une section droite identique à une demi section droite dudit bac (2, 8); 30 - on segmente ledit profilé extrudé (10) à une longueur (L) sensiblement égale à une profondeur (P) dudit bac (2, 8); - on réalise ladite paroi (2) en assemblant deux des segments (10) obtenus.- 9 -
- 5) Procédé de fabrication d'un stockeur d'énergie électrique (1) de véhicule automobile selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que chacun des bords longitudinaux opposés (11, 12) dudit profilé extrudé (10) présente en coupe transversale une forme complémentaire l'une de l'autre apte à permettre l'assemblage bord à bord de deux desdits segments (10).
- 6) Procédé de fabrication d'un stockeur d'énergie électrique (1) de véhicule automobile selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'on réalise ledit bac (2, 8) en associant en outre à ladite paroi (2) un capot formant fond 10 (8).
- 7) Stockeur d'énergie électrique (1) du type de ceux comprenant au moins une cellule de stockage d'énergie électrique (4) noyée, au moins en partie, par une résine (7) thermoconductrice et électriquement isolante dans un bac(2,
- 8) en 15 matériau thermoconducteur présentant une paroi(2) munie extérieurement d'ailettes (3), caractérisé en ce que ladite paroi (2) est constituée d'un segment (9, 10) au moins d'un profilé extrudé (9, 10). 8) Stockeur d'énergie électrique (1) selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que 20 ladite paroi (2) est formée de deux segments identiques (10) dudit profilé extrudé (10) assemblés le long de génératrices (11, 12).
- 9) Stockeur d'énergie électrique (1) selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que ladite paroi (2) comprend au moins un canal interne longitudinal (13). 25
- 10) Stockeur d'énergie électrique (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 9, caractérisé en ce que ledit profilé extrudé (9, 10) est constitué d'aluminium ou d'un alliage d'aluminium. 30
- 11) Stockeur d'énergie électrique (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 10, caractérisé en ce que ladite cellule de stockage d'énergie électrique (4) est un condensateur de grande capacité de type EDLC.
