Abstract

The device has a magnetic field source (12) generating magnetic holding force for a lid (5) and opposed to mechanical thrust. A moving part (20) includes a material having a ferromagnetic state below critical temperature of a part, where opening position or closing position of the lid is determined by resulting force generated by difference between the magnetic force and the thrust based on the state at lower critical temperature, and intensity of the magnetic force is lower than intensity of the thrust for engaging the moving part in the closing position at higher critical temperature. The magnetic field source is a permanent magnet.
