Abstract

The device (10) has a central channel (16) circumferentially formed around a wheel (15). A distribution edge (38) is held in the channel and radially extended with respect to the wheel. The distribution edge is circularly adapted around the wheel. The distribution edge comprises two surfaces (49, 50), which are connected with each other by a thread (48) to distribute fluid coming from a fluid outlet (13) on both surfaces of the edge. Each surface comprise two stop elements (62, 63), which form supporting stoppers (74, 75) and extend from the thread to sides (64, 65) in the surfaces.
