Abstract

The device has a hollow roll (1) that comprises a set of ends (5) and a set of rectangular openings (3, 4) on its entire height (2). A cylinder facilitates regular flow of sauce or juice, where the device is articulated around the cylinder that is opened at the set of ends. The rectangular openings are arranged in an identical manner. A space (8) is provided between a set of lines of the cylinders, where the set of lines is provided at specific width.

Description

- 1 - La présente invention concerne un support utilisé dans le domaine de la cuisine professionnelle sur lequel repose un chinois (ce chinois est utilisé pour passer des sauces ou des jus dans un récipient). Traditionnellement, le support utilisé est une boite de conserve type 5-1 (hauteur : 26 cm et diamètre : 16 cm) ouverte aux deux extrémités appelé dans la profession « cheminée ». Ce dispositif ne répond pas aux règles d'hygiène et de sécurité, il présente donc des risques infectieux à la fois pour le cuisinier et pour la clientèle. Le dispositif selon l'invention permet de remédier à cet inconvénient. Ce support réalisé en inox sert à poser un chinois afin de passer des jus et des sauces dans différents types de récipient (casserole, bahut, cul de poule ...) Ce support est muni de trente ouvertures rectangulaires sur l'ensemble de la hauteur afin de laisser évacuer de façon régulière et continue le jus ou la sauce. Ce support s'utilise verticalement et directement dans une casserole ou un bahut. Ce dispositif s'articule autour d'un cylindre inox creux ouvert aux deux extrémités. Sur toute la hauteur du cylindre, trente ouvertures rectangulaires identiques permettent l'écoulement du liquide. Ce support permet donc de respecter des règles d'hygiène et de sécurité pour l'utilisateur. Les dessins annexés illustrent l'invention : La figure 1 représente en coupe l'invention, il s'agit d'un cylindre creux en inox dont le diamètre mesure 16 cm (1). La figure 2 représente une vue verticale de l'invention avec une largeur de 16 cm (1) et une hauteur de 30 cm (2). Ce cylindre est percé de trente rectangles de 5cm sur 2 cm (3 et 4), la première rangée de rectangle se trouve à 2 cm de chaque extrémité (5). Sur la hauteur totale du cylindre se trouve 6 rangées de rectangles. Entre les 3 premières rangées de chaque extrémité l'espace est de 1 cm (6), au centre du cylindre un espace de 6 cm sépare la 3ème rangée de la 4ème (7).L'espace entre deux rectangles est de 5 cm (8)- Le dispositif selon l'invention est particulièrement destiné à une utilisation professionnelle dans le domaine de la cuisine.
