Abstract

The apparatus (10) has an end (12) comprising a gripping handle (14) that is approximately provided with a longitudinal orientation. "Appareil de peinture murale comportant un volet de protection" L'invention concerne un appareil de peinture murale. L'invention concerne plus particulièrement un appareil de peinture murale comportant au moins une première extrémité comportant un manche de préhension d'orientation sensiblement longitudinale, et une seconde extrémité comportant au moins un premier axe d'orientation sensiblement transversale recevant en rotation un rouleau susceptible d'être imprégné de peinture et d'être appliqué sur une surface pour en permettre l'étalement. On connaît de grands nombres d'appareils de ce type, communément appelés "rouleaux de peinture". Un inconvénient majeur de ce type d'appareil est qu'ils nécessitent une certaine habileté pour ne pas risquer d'imprégner de peinture des surfaces voisines de la surface d'application. Ce type de situation se rencontre lorsque l'on désire peindre un mur et pas un élément proche tel que le mur voisin, un plafond déjà peint, une plinthe, une moulure de porte ou une moulure de fenêtre, ou lorsque l'on désire peindre un mur derrière un radiateur sans tâcher le radiateur. L'invention permet de remédier à cet inconvénient en proposant un appareil du type décrit précédemment dénué de ces inconvénients. Dans ce but, l'invention propose un appareil du type décrit précédemment, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte une partie intermédiaire, agencée entre les première et seconde extrémités, qui reçoit en pivotement d'axe transversal un volet qui est monté mobile entre une position inactive distante du rouleau et une position active dans laquelle il est maintenu selon un jeu déterminé par rapport au rouleau pour éviter de peindre toute zone localisée au-delà dudit volet. Selon d'autres caractéristiques de l'invention : - la partie intermédiaire comporte une seconde branche d'orientation transversale recevant en pivotement le volet, - l'appareil comporte au moins une branche sensiblement longitudinale dont une extrémité est liée au manche ou à la première branche transversale, - l'appareil comporte une unique branche sensiblement longitudinale dont une première extrémité est liée au manche, dont une seconde extrémité est liée à la première branche transversale et dont une partie intermédiaire est liée à la seconde branche transversale, - l'unique branche longitudinale et les branches transversales sont réalisées en fil métallique, la première branche transversale étant venue de matière avec la branche principale longitudinale avec laquelle elle forme un coude et la seconde branche transversale étant rapportée à la partie intermédiaire de la branche longitudinale à laquelle elle est soudée, - l'appareil comporte : - une première branche longitudinale dont une première extrémité est liée au manche et dont une seconde extrémité est liée à une première extrémité d'une branche intermédiaire transversale, - une seconde branche longitudinale dont une première extrémité est liée à une seconde extrémité de la branche intermédiaire transversale et dont une seconde extrémité est liée à une première extrémité de la seconde branche transversale, - une troisième branche longitudinale dont une première extrémité est liée à une seconde extrémité de la seconde branche transversale et dont une seconde extrémité est liée à la première branche transversale, la branche intermédiaire transversale étant d'une longueur correspondant à la moitié de celle des première ou seconde branches transversales, - les première branche longitudinale, branche intermédiaire transversale, deuxième branche longitudinale, seconde branche transversale, troisième branche longitudinale, première branche transversale sont réalisées par pliage et cintrage d'un unique fil métallique, - le volet comporte une extrémité libre qui s'étend dans sa position active au-dessus du rouleau dans un plan sensiblement parallèle au plan des deux branches transversales, il est articulé transversalement en pivotement autour de la seconde branche transversale par l'intermédiaire d'une extrémité d'articulation qui s'étend parallèlement à la seconde branche transversale et qui comporte au moins une pince à mors élastiques emboîtée sur ladite seconde branche transversale, et il comporte au moins une patte de longueur déterminée qui est susceptible d'être liée à la première branche transversale pour maintenir ledit volet selon le jeu déterminé au-dessus dudit rouleau, - le volet comporte une extrémité libre qui s'étend dans sa position active au-dessus du rouleau dans un plan sensiblement parallèle au plan des deux branches transversales, il est articulé transversalement en pivotement autour de la branche intermédiaire transversale par l'intermédiaire d'une extrémité d'articulation qui s'étend parallèlement à la branche intermédiaire transversale et qui comporte au moins une pince à mors élastiques emboîtée sur ladite branche intermédiaire transversale, et il comporte au moins une patte de longueur déterminée qui est susceptible d'être liée à la seconde branche transversale pour maintenir ledit volet selon le jeu déterminé au-dessus dudit rouleau, - le volet s'étend dans sa position active dans un plan perpendiculaire à la première branche transversale à proximité de l'extrémité libre du rouleau selon le jeu déterminé et il est articulé en pivotement par un pivot agencé en bout de la seconde branche transversale, - le volet s'étend dans sa position active dans un plan perpendiculaire à la première branche transversale à proximité de l'extrémité libre du rouleau selon le jeu déterminé et il comporte un bras qui s'étend parallèlement à l'une des branches intermédiaire ou seconde branche transversale et qui comporte au moins une pince à mors élastiques emboîtée sur ladite branche, - au moins une branche longitudinale comporte une poignée transversale supplémentaire, - le manche est monté de manière télescopique sur la première branche. Dans ce but, l'invention propose un appareil du type décrit précédemment, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte une partie intermédiaire 22, agencée entre les première et seconde extrémités 12,16, qui reçoit en pivotement d'axe transversal un volet 26 qui est monté mobile entre une position inactive distante du rouleau, comme représenté aux figures 6 et 8 et une position active, comme représenté aux figures 7 et 9 dans laquelle il est maintenu selon un jeu J1, J2 déterminé par rapport au rouleau 20 pour éviter de peindre toute zone localisée au-delà dudit volet 26. Le volet 26 pourrait être reçu de toute manière connue sur la partie intermédiaire 22. Toutefois, de préférence, la partie intermédiaire 22 comporte une seconde branche transversale 24 d'orientation sensiblement transversale recevant en pivotement le volet 26. Avantageusement, la branche intermédiaire transversale 48 est d'une longueur correspondant à la moitié de celle des première ou seconde branches transversales 18, 24, pour garantir 25 un centrage du manche 14. En alternative (non représentée) le bras 58 pourrait être articulé non pas sur la seconde branche transversale 24, mais sur la branche transversale intermédiaire 48. Claims

REVENDICATIONS1. Apparatus (10) for wall painting comprising at least a first end (12) having a grip handle (14) of substantially longitudinal orientation, and a second end (16) having at least one first branch (18) substantially oriented transverse axis of rotation of a roller (20) capable of being impregnated with paint and being applied to a surface to allow spreading, characterized in that it comprises an intermediate portion (22), arranged between the first and second ends (12, 16), which pivotally receives transverse axis a flap (26) which is movably mounted between an inactive position remote from the roller (20) and an active position in which it is maintained according to a game determined (J1, J2) relative to the roller (20) to avoid painting any area located beyond said flap (26).

Painting apparatus (10) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the flap (26) has a free end (32) which extends in its active position above the roller (20) in a plane (P2) substantially parallel to the plane of the two transverse branches (18, 24), in that it is pivotally articulated transversely around the second transverse branch (24) via a hinge end ( 34) which extends parallel to the second transverse branch (24) and which comprises at least one clamp (36) with elastic jaws fitted on said second transverse branch (24), and in that it comprises at least one tab ( 38) of predetermined length which is capable of being connected to the first transverse branch (18) for maintaining said flap (26) according to the determined clearance (J2) above said roller (20).
