Il s'agit donc de pouvoir utiliser un routeur recevant des données (données internet par exemple) sans fil numériques provenant soit d'un satellite soit d'un réseau cellulaire (communiquant par exemple en 3 G), et de permettre à différents utilisateurs 1G de se connecter en même temps, sans fil également (par exemple en WIFI), pour pouvoir recevoir et envoyer des données numériques.
