Abstract

The device for vinification of top range white wine by stirring of lees and to obtain a same effect of which is carried out in a barrel without the taste of wood, is claimed, where the device has a remodeled appearance for creating high design and technology and to give a natural convection movement to place dregs in suspension. The device comprises an attemperator with a control system integrated in a concrete to allow a good control of temperatures.

Description

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de vinification des vins blanc haut de gamme pour travailler sur le bâtonnage et obtenir le même effet qu'une barrique mais sans le goût du bois. Cette cuve béton nommée «Cuve Flacon Tentation » correspond à la capacité d'une demi- muid (600 litres) afin de pouvoir faire des assemblages avec d'autres lots de vin vinifié dans des cuves bois. La cuve tentation aura donc l'avantage de la vinification en barrique sans le goût du bois, mais aussi une apparence remodelée pour un effet plus design et technologique étudiée pour donner un mouvement de convexion naturel pour mettre les lies en suspension. Cette cuve sera équipée de : Froid intégré dans les parois grâce aux serpentins de thermorégulation Nico Velo. Equipement nécessaire à l'élevage des vins blanc.
