i HERMETIC FOOD BOX

The main object of this utility model is an improved food can of the type used for the hermetic transport of foodstuffs, having the particularity of having a lid provided with elements which fit on a rim of the container, these elements, such hook or harpoon, have a certain angle of inclination in the attachment zone, which allows them to easily unhook when pressure is applied to the center of the lid.

PRIOR ART Nowadays, boxes or containers, intended for the preservation of foods, whether cooked or raw, articles popularly known under the name of tupper, or Tupperware®, are generally made of plastics material and used in most homes.

In general, said boxes consist of two main elements: on the one hand, the one that could be called the body of the box, where the food is placed, and, on the other hand, the lid. In the state of the art, the underlying technical problem that we are trying to solve is that of the complete hermeticity of the union between the two bodies of the box, because in many cases it is impossible that a perfect union to obtain the hermeticism of the box occurs.

An example of the boxes described in the Spanish patent ES2086604, this patent discloses a container with a plastic cover which has a flange at the bottom, mating below a mating surface located on the edge of the container. In addition, the feature that it has is that the edge of the lid has a hinge-shaped section and reinforcement means for its actuation.

Another clear example is the utility model ES0164590 for a box lid, preferably made of thin and flexible plastic material. The lid has the particularity that it is provided with means allowing a better adaptation thereof to the upper flat surface of the box, as well as means for tightening or retaining the neck of the box in the lower part, which allows a good adaptation of the lid and easy assembly and disassembly.

2 All of these documents nevertheless have shortcomings as to their hermeticity / ease of use ratio, because the more the closure is strong (the existing hermeticity being thus larger and better), the more difficult it is to handle, and its opening is also more difficult. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The hermetic food box, object of this utility model, is presented to remedy the technical problem described above. This box is characterized in that it has elements that fit on a rim of the container. These elements, of the hook or harpoon type, have a certain angle of inclination in the catching area which allows them to easily unhook when pressure is applied to the center of the lid.

The method of use of said box is centered on the application of pressure on the central part of the cover by performing a single movement. This pressure causes the lateral fins of the cover to slide on the fins of the base and clash at the end of the course. The hermeticity is obtained when applying the force on the central part of the lid it flexes and a vacuum is created inside the box when trying to regain its shape.

Throughout the description and claims, the word "includes" and its variants are not intended to exclude other technical features, additives, components or steps. Those skilled in the art will deduce, in part from the description and in part from the practice of the invention, other objects, advantages and features of the invention. The following examples and drawings are provided by way of illustration and are not considered to be limiting of the invention. In addition, the present invention covers all possible combinations of the particular and preferred embodiments indicated herein.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES

The series of drawings very briefly described hereinafter helps to better understand the invention and relates specifically to an embodiment of said invention which is presented as a non-limiting example thereof.

Figure 1 shows a sectional view of the sealed food box, specifically with the lid and the body of the box separated. Figure 2 shows, in turn, shows the box object of this utility model in the closed position, an arrow indicating how the pressure is exerted for its opening and hermeticity. Figure 3 shows the hermetically sealed box.

PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION The attached figures show a preferred embodiment of the invention. More specifically, the hermetic food box, object of this utility model, is characterized in that it comprises: a) a first body or container (1) proper, which has a first perimetric pan (10), forming a substantially acute angle with the body wall (1); and b) a second body or cover (2) from which perimetrically a second panel (20) whose lower end is provided with a tab (21) projecting towards the inside of the lid itself (2); said first perimeter pan (10) defining a first region of engagement with the lid (11) and a second housing or receiving region (12) of the lid (2), so that the tab (21) of the lid is housed in said second housing region (12) in the closed position.

The indicated structure allows, at the insertion of the lid, the second perimetric pan (20) of the cover slides on the first perimetric pan (10) of the box until the tab (21) remains housed in the second housing region (12); the two bodies (1, 2) are clipped in such a way that the first region of contact with the lid (11) remains in contact with an inner tab (22) of the lid itself (2), thus forming the complete closure of all. A seal (23), preferably of silicone material, will remain embedded between the second panel (20) and the inner tab (22), its function being to seal any existing irregularities.

In the embodiment shown in the accompanying figures, the first region of engagement with the cover (11) is configured as an extension perpendicular to the apex joining the pan (10) and the wall of the box (1), while the inner tab (22) is an extension also perpendicular in the inner part of the lid (2).

To obtain a complete hermeticity, the pressure on the whole of the box must be carried out (100) on the central part of the lid (2), and when this one bends, while trying to create a vacuum inside, hermeticity required is then imparted to the entire lid and the box (1, 2). The box will be made preferably of plastic.

REVENDICATIONS1. Hermetic food box, consisting of a first body or box (1), united integrally with a lid (2), characterized in that it comprises: a) a first body or box (1) itself, which has a pan perimetrically (10) forming a substantially acute angle with the body wall (1); and b) a second body or cover (2) from which perimetrically a second panel (20) whose lower end is provided with a projecting tab (21) oriented towards the inside of the lid itself (2). ; said first perimeter pan (10) defining a first region of engagement with the lid (11) and a second housing or receiving region (12) of the lid (2), so that the tab (21) of the lid is housed in said second housing region (12) in the closed position. 2. Airtight food box according to claim 1, wherein the tab (21) is housed in the second housing region (12), the two bodies clipping in such a way that the first region of encounter with the lid (11) remains in contact with an inner tab (22) of the lid itself (2). 3. hermetic food box according to claims 1 and 2, wherein the first region of encounter with the lid (11) is an extension perpendicular to the vertex uniting the pan (10) and the wall of the box (1), while the inner tab (22) is an extension also perpendicular in the inner part of the lid (2). 4. Hermetic food box according to the preceding claims, characterized in that a seal (23), preferably of silicone material, will remain embedded between the second panel (20) and the inner tab (22), its function being to seal the 30 existing irregularities. 5. hermetic food box according to the preceding claims, characterized in that the box is preferably made of plastic material.
