Abstract

The device (28) has a tip (30) fixed at a free end of an adjustment strand (18B). An attachment unit attaches the tip on a suspension strand (18A), so that the tip freely slides along the suspension strand to permit adjustment of length of the suspension strand. Two plastic bodies (32A, 32B) are fixed against each other in closed position by gripping the free end of the adjustment strand and by locking the suspension strand. A set of fasteners e.g. hooks (54), carries out elastic fitment in an automatic manner during assembling of the bodies against each other.
