Abstract

The device has an independent lighting block (11) with a switch (401) for connecting a light source (21) to an independent electric power source (31) in response to detect disconnection of a power supply network (RE) so as to allow the light source to emit light with determined luminous intensity. Brightening units (51, 61) increase the luminous intensity of the light source in response to reception of a control signal (K1). A delaying and tripping unit (71) provides the control signal to the brightening units during brightening timeslot of non null duration.
