Abstract

The tool (1) has an active module (30) provided with a stepped end adapted to eliminate a material outlet cup formed during cutting. Two cutting teeth (32a, 32b) of the module are formed of radial cutting ends (31a, 31b) and axial edges (35, 37) defined by grooves (33) for lifting the material crumbs. Two channels (3a, 3b) are formed in the tool by helically winding around central axes (X, X'), where the channels are designed to transmit a lubrication fluid to the active module based on nanoparticles dispersion oil. The lubricating fluid is a mixture of air and nanoparticles dispersion oil. An independent claim is also included for a method for drilling orbital hard materials.
