Abstract
Description
1 PROCEDE DE FABRICATION AUTOMATISEE EN CONTINU D'ETIQUETTES ADHESIVES COMPOSEES DE DEUX PAPIERS DE TEXTURES DIFFERENTES ET L'ETIQUETTE OBTENUE 1 PROCESS FOR CONTINUOUS AUTOMATED MANUFACTURE OF ADHESIVE LABELS COMPRISED OF TWO PAPERS OF DIFFERENT TEXTURES AND THE LABEL OBTAINED
The automated, continuous manufacturing process of adhesive labels from a uniformly structured support is a known method. The labels obtained are of uniform texture. It is common to associate on the same product labels that are often 5 different textures, for example, viticulture, the label of the castle and the logo of the company. So it seemed interesting to group on the same support, so in a single label, these elements. The method according to the invention thus has the advantage of allowing, among other things, a winemaker exploiting several names of castles, and having on the one hand corresponding labels and, on the other hand, labels reproducing, for example, his logo. , to put on a same label the name of the castle and the logo of his company. The labeling of bottles is all the easier. The problem to be solved was to enable the automated, continuous manufacture of labels having two different textures. To date, no known method has made it possible to provide a solution to this problem. There is no label made automatically, continuously, from a printing reel composed of two different textures paper, and therefore having two different structures. The method according to the present invention makes it possible to meet this expectation. FIGS. 1 is a cross-section of a first blank printing reel at the end of the first step of the described method. FIG. 2 represents in section a second blank printing coil, of different structure, at the end of the second step of the method described. Figure 3 shows in section the printing reel obtained at the end of the third step of the described method. According to one embodiment of the invention, the implementation of the method comprises the following steps: - on a blank printing reel (1), traditionally constituted of a support (2) on which is applied the paper of With adhesive or front printing (3), a strip (4) of adequate width is cut along the entire length of the front (3) so that the spool (1) therefore no longer has on this surface (5) the support (2); - On a second blank printing reel (6) whose front is of different texture compared to the reel (1), a strip (7) of the same width
L'étiquette adhésive obtenue réunit les étiquettes préexistantes sur un même support (2) et est formée de deux papiers de textures différentes (3) (8). 2 and length that the strip (4) is cut over the entire thickness of the coil (6). This strip (7) consists of the front (8) and the support (9) of the coil (6); - The strip (7) is then applied to the surface (5) of the support (2) of the coil (1) by removing the support (9); the printing reel (10) thus obtained is constituted over its entire length of the support (2) and a printing surface consisting of two different textured papers, the front (3) uncut on the reel (1) and the facepiece (8) applied to the surface (5). - The coil (10) placed on a printing machine, allows the printing, on a single support selected, having printing surfaces of different textures, pre-existing labels, associated with other pre-existing labels. The adhesive label obtained combines the pre-existing labels on the same support (2) and is formed of two different textured papers (3) (8).
Obviously, a label originally designed from two different textures papers can be printed according to this method. Obviously, again, the implementation of the method can, by possibly reproducing as many times as necessary the steps described above, to obtain, from a single coil (1) a printing coil (10) having more than two different texturing areas and thus, labels having more than two different textures. The method thus makes it possible to obtain a printing coil (10) constituted over its entire length, a support (2) and a printing surface formed of at least two different textured papers - a frontal ( 3) not cut on the spool (1) and a front (8) applied to the surface (5) - and adhesive labels manufactured automatically continuously from a spool (10), consisting of a support (2) and at least two different textured papers (3), (8).
