Abstract

La présente invention a pour objet un dispositif support multifonctions comprenant un poster (1) sous forme de feuille en polypropylène, polyéthylène ou autre matière ionisée conférant des propriétés électrostatiques à l'une au moins de sa première et/ou de sa deuxième faces. Selon l'invention, l'une au moins desdites première ou deuxième faces dudit poster (1) est chargée électrostatiquement sur tout ou partie de sa surface de façon à former des zones (5) chargées électrostatiquement et des zones (4) non chargées électrostatiquement, ladite feuille pouvant ainsi être mise et maintenue en contact par l'une de ses faces avec une surface extérieure lisse et de préférence plane ; le dispositif selon l'invention comprend en outre des éléments (2) additionnels en polypropylène, polyéthylène ou autre, de type feuilles, de format inférieur à celui dudit poster (1) et aptes à être maintenues en contact et déplacées à glissement sur la première et/ou sur la deuxième face dudit poster (1). Description

DISPOSITIF SUPPORT MULTIFONCTIONS, METHODE, UTILISATION ET MALETTE DE JEU ASSOCIEES DOMAINE TECHNIQUE DE L'INVENTION [0001]L'invention se rapporte au domaine du jeu et /ou de l'apprentissage et/ou de la motricité pour des enfants et/ou des adultes. [0002] Plus précisément, la présente invention a pour objet un dispositif support ou poster adapté pour être utilisé par les enfants et toutes autres personnes en vue d'exercer la motricité, la créativité, la mémoire et/ou de favoriser l'apprentissage. ETAT DE LA TECHNIQUE ANTERIEURE [0003] Dans le domaine des jeux, on connait toutes sortes de jeux permettant d'exercer la mémoire, la motricité, ou de favoriser l'apprentissage. On connait des posters classiques représentant un thème ou une image qui ont une fonction décorative et qui nécessitent des éléments de fixation spécifiques tels que des punaises, des clous, des agrafes.. pour être maintenus en place. Ceci implique tout d'abord qu'aucun jeu associé ne peut être pratiqué aussi bien en position verticale sur un mur, qu'en position horizontale sur une table. Afin d'être maintenus en position verticale, les jeux ou autres dispositifs multi fonctions nécessitent tous un élément de fixation (punaise, adhésif, colle...) de sorte qu'ils altèrent la surface sur laquelle ils sont positionnés. De plus, il n'existe pas de poster dit animé multifonction c'est-à-dire qui permet de déplacer sur sa surface des éléments en les faisant glisser, sans aucune préhension. [0004] Il n'existe pas non plus de dispositifs de ce type autorisant un coloriage 25 notamment par zones, de sa surface. [0005]Dans le domaine des feuilles en polypropylène, nous connaissons différentes utilisations. On connait tout d'abord la possibilité d'écrire et d'imprimer à la surface de la feuille si un traitement de type corona y est effectué. Enfin nous savons qu'une feuille de polypropylène peut être utilisée comme tableau d'affichage pour y maintenir en surface des photos ou d'autres éléments qui y sont fixés par des moyens spécifiques. Le problème de la fixation évoqué ci-dessus n'est donc pas résolu par des feuilles de ce type. [0006] Il est par ailleurs connu par le brevet FR 2 911 325 une mallette de jeu incorporant un dévidoir pour des feuilles électrostatiques qui constituent un support graphique et qui sont conditionnées en rouleau ; les feuilles électrostatiques sont préférentiellement reliées entre elles par des prédécoupes ; elles peuvent être imprimées ou non. Cependant une fois sorties du dévidoir, de telles feuilles peuvent uniquement être apposées sur des surfaces planes à des fins de décor, ou bien on peut écrire dessus avec des moyens appropriés. Ce sont les seules utilisations envisageables. [0007]Aucun art antérieur ne propose un support de type poster qui puisse être utilisé pour une activité ludique, d'apprentissage ou autre et qui soit facile à appliquer sur n'importe quelle surface plane et lisse, quelle que soit son orientation (horizontale, verticale, inclinée .. ). EXPOSE DE L'INVENTION [0008]L'invention vise à remédier aux inconvénients de l'état de la technique et notamment à proposer un support de réalisation et d'utilisation à la fois simple et peu coûteuse. [0009]Pour ce faire est proposé selon un premier aspect de l'invention un dispositif support multifonctions comprenant un poster sous forme de feuille en polypropylène, polyéthylène ou autre matière ionisée conférant des propriétés électrostatiques à l'une au moins de sa première et/ou de sa deuxième faces. [0010]Conformément à l'invention, l'une au moins desdites première ou deuxième faces dudit poster est chargée électrostatiquement sur tout ou partie de sa surface de façon à former des zones chargées électrostatiquement et des zones non chargées électrostatiquement, ladite feuille pouvant ainsi être mise et maintenue en contact par l'une de ses faces avec une surface extérieure lisse et de préférence plane ; et le dispositif comprend en outre des éléments additionnels en polypropylène, polyéthylène ou autre, de type feuilles, de format inférieur à celui dudit poster et aptes à être maintenues en contact et déplacées à glissement sur la première et/ou sur la deuxième face dudit poster (1). [0011]Un tel poster est donc positionnable puis repositionnable à volonté sur une surface extérieure lisse et de préférence plane. Il ne nécessite pour cela aucun moyen de fixation spécifique. Une simplicité d'utilisation tout à fait intéressante est donc réalisée par le dispositif selon l'invention. [0012]Un tel poster est particulièrement adapté pour être utilisé par des enfants et/ou toute autre personne en vue d'exercer la motricité, la mémoire et de favoriser l'apprentissage. Dans la suite de ce texte on appellera un tel poster « un jeu multifonctions ludopédagogique «. [0013]Par ailleurs le dispositif selon l'invention comprend avantageusement des éléments additionnels en polypropylène, polyéthylène ou autre, de type feuilles, de format inférieur à celui dudit poster et aptes à être maintenues en contact et déplacées sur la deuxième face dudit poster. Lesdits éléments additionnels ou « vignettes « peuvent donc être apposées, maintenues, et ils peuvent glisser sur la deuxième face dudit poster, comme il sera explicité plus en détails ci-après. Cette manipulation permet avantageusement de travailler la motricité, la mémoire, de favoriser l'apprentissage d'enfants et/ou d'adultes. [0014]Avantageusement, ladite feuille (ou poster) peut être imprimée sur tout ou partie de sa deuxième face. Ceci constitue donc le support graphique du dispositif selon l'invention. [0015]Selon un mode de réalisation de l'invention, lesdits éléments additionnels font initialement partie de la feuille poster et leurs contours extérieurs sont reliés à ladite feuille par des tenons séparés par des incisions de sorte que les éléments additionnels peuvent être détachés de ladite feuille avant d'être positionnés sur la deuxième face de ladite feuille. [0016] Les éléments additionnels peuvent être imprimés sur l'une de leurs faces, de préférence sur leur face qui n'est pas en contact avec ladite deuxième face du poster. [0017]Avantageusement ledit poster et/ou lesdits éléments additionnels sont transparents. Ceci permet de laisser apparaitre la surface lisse et plane sur laquelle le poster est maintenu en contact ; cette surface peut constituer un décor à l'arrière-plan du dispositif selon l'invention. [0018] En outre, lesdits éléments additionnels (ou vignettes) peuvent être chargés électrostatiquement sur tout ou partie de leur surface. [0019]De façon intéressante, les zones des vignettes non chargées électrostatiquement sont entourées par des zones imprimées afin de signaler visuellement leurs contours. [0020] Par ailleurs le dispositif selon l'invention comporte des moyens pour écrire ou dessiner de préférence de façon effaçable, sur la deuxième face du poster et/ou sur lesdits éléments additionnels. Tout moyen d'art graphique peut être associé au poster électrostatique selon l'invention. [0021]Sans sortir du cadre de l'invention, le dispositif comporte en outre des moyens pour effacer et/ou nettoyer au moins ladite deuxième face dudit poster. [0022]L'invention vise en outre une méthode de jeu multi fonctions qui utilise un dispositif tel que défini ci-avant ; une utilisation du dispositif tel que défini ci-avant comme jeu de dames, de l'oie, d'échecs ou autres, fait partie du cadre de l'invention. [0023]L'invention vise par ailleurs une mallette de jeu incorporant un dispositif support multi fonctions tel que défini et revendiqué. [0024] L'invention vise en outre un procédé de fabrication d'un tel dispositif selon lequel on dépose une couche d'un vernis conducteur sur une partie de la surface d'un poster en polypropylène ou en polyéthylène afin de créer des zones chargées électrostatiquement. [0025]L'invention concerne également un procédé selon lequel on fixe par exemple par collage un film conducteur sur une partie de la surface d'un poster en polypropylène ou en polyéthylène afin de créer des zones chargées électrostatiquement. Le film conducteur sera fixé sur une feuille non conductrice, de façon à constituer ensemble un poster ayant des zones chargées électrostatiquement et des zones non chargées électrostatiquement. [0026] Il est par ailleurs envisageable dans le cadre de l'invention de fixer par exemple par collage un film isolant sur tout ou partie de la surface d'un poster en polypropylène ou en polyéthylène afin de créer des zones non chargées électrostatiquement. Le film isolant est ici fixé sur une feuille chargée électrostatiquement afin de constituer ensemble un poster ayant des zones chargées et des zones non chargées électrostatiquement. [0027] Le film isolant présentant une certaine épaisseur, celle-ci pourra en outre constituer un guidage pour le ou les éléments additionnels destinés à être déplacés sur le poster. DESCRIPTION DETAILLEE D'UN MODE DE REALISATION [0030] La présente invention concerne un support multifonctions comprenant un 10 poster sous forme de feuille 1 en un matériau tel que le polypropylène, le polyéthylène comportant une première face ionisée ayant des propriétés électrostatiques. Cette face est destinée à être mise en contact avec une surface lisse, de préférence plane. La feuille encore appelée poster dans la suite de ce texte peut ainsi être placée, maintenue, décollée puis replacée sur toute surface 15 lisse telle qu'une paroi de verre, un mur, un support métallique, en bois ou autre. [0031]La feuille 1 peut bien entendu présenter différentes formes et dimensions. A titre d'exemple une feuille rectangulaire de 60 cm par 80 cm a été testée. [0032] L'épaisseur de la feuille peut être comprise entre 50 et 100 pm. [0033]Une telle feuille, de par son caractère électrostatique, est donc 20 positionnable facilement et autant de fois que nécessaire ; de plus elle ne nécessite aucun élément spécifique de fixation sur la surface sur laquelle elle est mise en contact ; cette dernière n'est de ce fait nullement abimée ni altérée. Bien entendu la feuille poster selon l'invention peut être mise en contact avec toute surface, quelle que soit son orientation, ce qui représente une facilité d'utilisation 25 très intéressante, et ouvre de multiples alternatives. [0034]La deuxième face du poster selon l'invention peut être chargée électrostatiquement sur tout ou partie de sa surface. La figure 6 illustre un tel mode de réalisation de l'invention ; on y voit en effet des zones 4 rayées qui ne5 sont pas chargées électrostatiquement juxtaposées à des zones 5 qui, elles, sont chargées. [0035] Plusieurs méthodes sont envisageables pour obtenir une feuille chargée électrostatiquement par zones. La première consiste à imprimer au moins une des deux faces de la feuille. Sur les surfaces imprimées la conductivité de la feuille va augmenter et les charges électriques ne seront pas conservées. Les surfaces perdront donc leur caractère électrostatique au niveau de ces zones imprimées. [0036] Une autre méthode consiste à appliquer sur la deuxième face du poster un calque dont la forme correspond à une ou des surfaces finalement non électrostatiques. On frotte ensuite l'ensemble de la surface du poster. Les surfaces recouvertes par le calque, non frottées, ne seront donc pas chargées électrostatiquement tandis que les autres zones seront chargées. [0037]Selon un autre aspect de l'invention, on prévoit des éléments additionnels 2 en polypropylène, polyéthylène ou autre matière équivalente, sous forme de feuilles de format inférieur à celui de la feuille poster 1. Ces éléments 2 encore appelés vignettes dans la suite de ce texte peuvent bien entendu prendre des formes diverses et variées, en fonction des besoins de l'application envisagée. Ils sont aptes à être maintenus en contact et déplacées sur la deuxième face de la feuille poster 1. Leur déplacement a lieu par glissement comme représenté sur les figures 1, 2 ou 3. Les vignettes peuvent donc être translatées ( figure 1, 3), tournées ( figure 2) ou déplacées selon tout autre mouvement initié par la main d'un utilisateur. La figure 3 montre un exemple où deux vignettes 2A, 2B de forme complémentaire peuvent être déplacées l'une vers l'autre afin de former un motif entier. L'utilisateur peut aussi former des associations de mots, de formes, d'images afin de faire travailler sa mémoire de manière ludique et interactive, par simple déplacement de vignettes 2 sur la deuxième face de la feuille 1. [0038] L'épaisseur des vignettes 2 est du même ordre de grandeur que celle de la feuille 1. Elles peuvent être imprimées sur une de leur face au moins. De préférence elles sont imprimées sur leur face qui n'est pas en contact avec la feuille 1. [0039]Selon un mode particulier de réalisation de l'invention, tel qu'illustré sur la figure 4, les vignettes 2 peuvent initialement faire partie de la feuille 1, leurs contours respectifs étant rattachés par des prédécoupes 2c formées d'une succession de tenons et d'incisions, vis-à-vis de la feuille 1. Les vignettes 2 sont ainsi détachables de la feuille 1 puis elles sont mises en contact avec la deuxième face du poster 1. Une fois détachées de la feuille poster 1, les vignettes 2 sont mises en contact avec les zones pleines où elles peuvent glisser par manipulation. Elles peuvent naturellement être manipulées sur toute autre feuille électrostatique 1. [0040] La figure 5 illustre un exemple où la feuille poster 1 électrostatique est imprimée selon un motif en forme de labyrinthe. Selon cet exemple la première et la deuxième face de la feuille 1 sont traitées pour être électrostatiques sauf en ce qui concerne les traits 4 formant le labyrinthe en lui-même. Cet exemple de réalisation sera particulièrement adapté pour aider des personnes atteintes de maladies telle que Alzheimer, en leur faisant travailler leur mémoire, leur concentration et leur reconnaissance visuelle de manière interactive et ludique. [0041]Pour de telles applications, la deuxième face de la feuille 1 peut préférentiellement être entièrement chargée électrostatiquement, c'est-à-dire sur presque toute sa surface. On augmente ainsi la capacité de déplacement de la ou des vignettes 2 sur ladite deuxième face. Cette facilité de déplacement est notamment dû à la composition chimique de la feuille 1 et de la ou des vignettes 2 ainsi qu'à leur procédé de fabrication qui leur confèrent une rugosité minimale, par exemple de l'ordre de 0.0015 mm ; on prévoit un coefficient de frottement entre les surfaces ( sèches) en contact, inférieur à environ 0.5pm. [0042]La figure 6 illustre un mode de réalisation où la deuxième face de la feuille 1 est constituée alternativement de zones 4 non chargées électrostatiquement et de zones 5 chargées électrostatiquement. Une telle feuille peut avantageusement servir d'outil pédagogique ; si par exemple les zones 4 sont imprimées, l'utilisateur (adulte ou enfant) devra déplacer la ou les vignettes 2 sur les zones 5 uniquement. Le positionnement puis le déplacement d'une vignette dans les zones 5 active les charges électrostatiques stockées à la surface du poster 1 de sorte que la vignette 2 peut y être maintenue en position sans aucun élément extérieur additionnel. Au contraire le positionnement d'une vignette 2 dans une zone 4 non électrostatique ne permet pas le maintien de la vignette 2, de sorte que la vignette se détache spontanément du poster 1 dans les zones 4. [0043]En outre et de façon intéressante, le poster 1 selon l'invention est recouvert d'une couche ou d'un film, sur l'une au moins de ses faces, qui forme un vernis ou une protection lui conférant des propriétés ignifuges.
