Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé visant à réaliser une atmosphère contrôlée au niveau du ciel gazeux d'un récipient de stockage d'un produit, le récipient étant élaboré en un matériau déformable, se caractérisant par la mise en œuvre des mesures suivantes : - on procède au remplissage partiel du récipient à l'aide du produit jusqu'à un niveau de remplissage donné ; - on applique une pression sur une ou plusieurs parois du récipient, en une ou plusieurs localisations situées en dessous dudit niveau de remplissage, afin de créer une déformation du récipient apte à entrainer une remontée du produit vers le bord supérieur du récipient et ainsi à évacuer tout ou partie de l'air présent dans le récipient au dessus dudit niveau de remplissage ; - on met en place, au dessus du récipient, une atmosphère gazeuse de traitement ; - on procède au relâchement de la pression précédemment exercée, le bord supérieur du récipient étant au moment du relâchement en contact avec ladite atmosphère gazeuse de traitement.The invention relates to a method aimed at creating a controlled atmosphere at the level of the gas overhead of a container for storing a product, the container being made of a deformable material, characterized by the implementation of the following measures: partially fill the container with the product up to a given filling level; - Pressure is applied to one or more walls of the container, in one or more locations located below said filling level, in order to create a deformation of the container capable of causing the product to rise towards the upper edge of the container and thus to evacuate all or part of the air present in the container above said filling level; - A gaseous treatment atmosphere is placed above the container; - One proceeds to release the pressure previously exerted, the upper edge of the container being at the time of release in contact with said gaseous treatment atmosphere.
