Abstract

Pressure and heat are applied directly on a part (13) of the surface of the plastic article by a punch to modify the surface state for changing visual appearance of the article. The punch is applied at a temperature of 200 degree Celsius for duration of 0.1 S to 5 S, where the punch is made of silicone charged with metal particles, brass or magnesium.
