Abstract

The device has a body (1) provided with an adjustment screw (4) surmounted by an operating wheel (8). The body comprises a chimney (5) extending around the screw. The operating wheel comprises a tubular skirt (9) that extends partially around the chimney. A brake is mounted on the chimney for axially sliding between an active position in which the brake cooperates with the skirt to oppose pivoting of the wheel with respect to the chimney, and an inactive position in which the brake is disengaged from the skirt to release pivoting of the wheel.
