The invention relates to the field of systems for the introduction of a fluid into a system for introducing a fluid into an exhaust pipe of a combustion engine, and to a set of vehicles [0001]. an exhaust duct of a combustion engine. It relates in particular to the field of the introduction of a reducing agent for the selective catalytic reduction of nitrogen oxides, such as a urea solution, in an exhaust line of a combustion engine. [0002] Emissions of polluting gases by a combustion engine, especially in an application to a motor vehicle, are regulated by increasingly stringent standards. These standards include the emission level of nitrogen oxides (or NOx). In order to reduce the emissions of nitrogen oxides, a catalytic reduction device known as a device for selective catalytic reduction of nitrogen oxides is known, which consists of reacting them with a specific catalyst installed in the line of nitrogen oxides. exhausting the engine, using a reducing agent introduced into the line upstream of the catalyst. The term "selective catalytic reduction" or the acronym SCR ("selective catalytic reduction") is used interchangeably. The exhaust reducer injection system converts nitrogen oxide emissions to water vapor and nitrogen. The introduced reducing agent, which is commonly a urea solution, which is an ammonia precursor used as a reducing agent, must be mixed with the exhaust gas in the most homogeneous manner possible in order to guarantee the best conversion efficiency. possible, by using the least amount of reductant possible, while limiting the risk of release of reducing agent into the atmosphere. The optimization of the aerodynamics in this zone can also make it possible to avoid any phenomenon of fouling, which can lead to a deterioration of the performance of the injection means, or to the homogeneity of the mixture. The flow of the exhaust gas in the exhaust duct around the gearbox introduction means (typically an injector) can theoretically be optimized by playing on its general geometry. However, the constraints of implantation of an exhaust line of an engine, for example in the context of an automotive application, generally prevent obtaining an optimal geometry of the conduit. Depending on the constraints leading to different exhaust pipe geometries, it is therefore generally necessary to adapt the gearbox or gearbox precursor injection module: type of injector, injection pressure, type of nozzle, injection used, arrangement of the injector with respect to the exhaust pipe or SCR catalyst, geometry of the mixing zone, etc. Such optimization is, however, expensive and time consuming. In the invention, this problem is solved by the establishment of a suitable deflector upstream of the mixing zone of the reducer, to retain the same injection means (injector, arrangement, etc.) for any application, the deflector for obtaining aeraulic reference conditions. A baffle means in the broad sense as a mechanical part for diverting all or part of a gas stream, it may especially be a diffuser or a distributor. More specifically, the invention relates to a method for standardizing means for introducing a fluid into an exhaust duct of a combustion engine, comprising the steps of: characterizing a reference aeraulic flow exhaust gas, desired downstream of the introduction means; definition of a reference device, comprising a reference exhaust duct and reference fluid introduction means (2), shaped to generate the desired airflow; definition of an adapted exhaust duct, responding to the implementation constraints of a given application; application of the reference fluid introduction means to the adapted exhaust duct, definition and introduction in the adapted exhaust duct, upstream of the introduction means, of a deflector shaped to generate downstream of said means; reference airflow. The use of such a method makes it possible to standardize the means of introduction of fluid to various applications, thus saving costs and time of definition and development of these means. The generation of a controlled airflow in the area directly downstream of the introduction means is important because this zone is the mixing zone of the fluid introduced into the exhaust gas flowing in the conduit. Obtaining the reference aeraulic makes it possible to limit this zone to a few centimeters or a few tens of centimeters before obtaining a homogeneous mixture between the introduced fluid and the exhaust gases circulating in the exhaust duct. Preferably, the deflector is shaped by adaptation of at least one of the following parameters: shape, size, position in the exhaust duct. The adaptation of one or more of these parameters allows the generation of the reference aeraulic in the exhaust duct downstream of said deflector, and in particular in the mixing zone of the fluid introduced into the exhaust duct. A method according to the invention will preferably be used in a method of standardization of a means for introducing a reducing agent or precursor of a selective catalytic reduction reducing agent of the nitrogen oxides present in the exhaust gas. a combustion engine. The invention also relates to the application of a method according to the invention to a set of motor vehicles having exhaust pipes of different geometries. [0014] Typically, the application of the method may relate to a commercial range of vehicles from the same car manufacturer. The invention also relates to a set of motor vehicles comprising at least two vehicles, provided with exhaust ducts in which are arranged identical fluid introduction means, the ducts of the vehicles having different geometries, each vehicle having in its exhaust duct a geometrically different deflector, positioned upstream of the fluid introduction means and generating an identical airflow downstream of said introduction means (2). This is the result of the application of a method according to the invention to such a set of vehicles. Preferably, in such an assembly to which the invention is applied, the fluid introduction means each comprise an injector port and an injector, identical between two vehicles. Preferably, the deflector then differs between two vehicles by at least one of the following parameters: shape, size, position in the exhaust duct. Preferably, the exhaust duct of each vehicle is provided with a catalyst for selective catalytic reduction of nitrogen oxides. It is indeed in the context of SCR catalysis that the invention finds a particular interest. The introduction means are then preferentially means for introducing a solution of urea or ammonia. The invention is described in more detail and with reference to the figures showing the prior art and the invention according to preferred embodiments. Figure 2 shows schematically in a sectional view a first device for implementing the invention. Figure 3 shows schematically in a sectional view a second device for the implementation of the invention. Figure 4 shows schematically in a sectional view a third device for implementing the invention. FIG. 5 schematically shows a three-dimensional view of a preferred embodiment of the invention. FIG. 1 presents a reference device used in the invention, namely the device making it possible to obtain the desired air flow. An exhaust duct 1 allows the exhaust and treatment of the exhaust gas of a combustion engine. The exhaust gas circulates essentially in a main direction of flow D. Fluid introduction means 2 in the exhaust duct 1 equip said exhaust duct 1. The introduction means 2 comprise an injector 21 and an injector door 22, which allows the fixing and the fluidic communication of the injector 21 and the exhaust duct 1. [0027] The fluid introduction means 2 may in particular be intended for the introduction of a reducing agent (or a precursor of such a reducing agent) upstream of an SCR catalyst (not shown). They are here arranged coaxially with the duct portion in which the homogeneous mixture of the fluid in the exhaust gas is produced. The concepts of upstream and downstream are considered throughout the present document, according to the main direction of flow D of the exhaust gas. The fluid introduced into the exhaust duct 1 must be mixed homogeneously as quickly as possible, that is to say in the area of the duct 1 downstream of the introduction means 2 as short as possible. Furthermore, the aeraulic in the area of the duct 1 near the injection means must prevent fouling. The reference device presented in FIG. 1 is designed to respond to these problems by generating a suitable exhaust air flow. This is achieved by adapting the geometry of the duct, by a choice of injector 21 adapted, and an injector door optimized for its geometry. The geometry of the reference channel 1 can be defined in several ways, depending on the purpose or application considered. In the context of the application of the invention to motor vehicles, for example, for the definition of the reference, the geometry of the duct 1 is chosen around the injection means 2, which may be on a majority of vehicles. a range (typically the range proposed by car manufacturer with a motorization whose exhaust gases are cleaned with an SCR catalyst) while allowing the generation of suitable aeraulic conditions. It is also possible to define the geometry of the reference duct 1 by averaging the characteristics of different ducts used in a vehicle range. [0031] Figure 2 shows a first device for implementing the invention. With respect to the device shown in FIG. 1, the geometrical characteristics of the duct 1 are slightly different around the zone of introduction of the fluid.
Typically, the radii of curvature presented by the duct 1 upstream of the introduction means 2, or the section of the duct 1, are different, so that the application of the injection means (in particular the injector and the injectors) as defined in the reference device, do not allow the obtaining of the desired aeraulic in the conduit 1. Nevertheless, in the invention, we still use identical injection means and standardized in this way. one application to another. In order to compensate for the difference in geometry of the duct 1, a deflector 4 is positioned in the duct 1, upstream of the fluid introduction zone in the duct 1, in order to allow the same aeraulic flow of the gases of the duct 1. exhaust only in the reference device. Figure 3 shows schematically in a sectional view a second device for the implementation of the invention. FIG. 3 thus corresponds to a second application, having a geometry of duct 1 different from that presented in FIG. 1 and that presented in FIG. 2. In this new application, just as in the device presented in FIG. introduction of fluid 2 (typically the same injector and injector port) as in the reference device. Compared to the device shown in FIG. 2, the duct is equipped with a baffle 4 which is slightly longer in order to find the reference aeraulic flow. The deflector 4 used in the invention will therefore be different from one application to another, and may in particular vary in size, in position in the duct 1 upstream of the fluid introduction zone, in geometry, and / or any other technical characteristic. The baffle 4 will preferably consist of the same material as the exhaust duct 1, but its thickness may generally be lower. Figure 4 shows schematically in a sectional view a third device for implementing the invention, and in particular its implementation in the context of a strongly constrained exhaust pipe geometry 1. A structural constraint 5 (for example the passage of an element of an automobile platform) forces to adopt a duct geometry 1 having, upstream of a fluid introduction zone in the duct 1, a radius internal curvature very low compared to that presented by the reference device. In fact, the flow of exhaust gas is greatly disturbed relative to that of the reference device. To recover the flow of the exhaust gas from the reference device, the deflector 4 has a substantially different geometry from that presented by the previously described device, for determining the distribution of the exhaust gas between the main vein and the door zone. injector. Figure 5 schematically shows a three-dimensional view of a preferred embodiment for a device for implementing the invention. The duct 1 is represented in transparency. The invention thus developed allows, for applications having different geometries, to standardize the fluid introduction means, for example an injector and its injector door, but also to standardize the mixing zone between the gases of the invention. exhaust and a fluid such as a reducing agent, located downstream of the injector. This is achieved by compensating for geometric differences in a range of applications, for example in a manufacturer's motor vehicle range. More generally, the invention allows the optimization of the introduction zone of a fluid in an exhaust line, when the path of the exhaust duct does not allow it. By the standardization of means or a module for introducing a fluid into an exhaust line, it reduces the diversity and therefore the development and test times of a new exhaust line. 'a motor. In an application to the SCR catalysis of a vehicle, for example an automobile, when the installation constraints do not make it possible to create the exhaust tube route that is suitable for an optimal mixture between reductant and exhaust gas (that is, that is to say when a reference solution can not be adopted), the use of a deflector or distributor will optimize this area without having to modify the vehicle. The application of the invention allows in particular to dose, regardless of the geometry of the exhaust tube, the distribution and speed of the flow of exhaust gas in the main stream of the exhaust duct on the one hand (in the main direction of the exhaust gases), and in the zone of the nose of the injector on the other hand in order to prevent the fouling of this zone by the introduced fluid or by one of its decomposition products, and in particular by the phenomenon of crystallization of a solution of urea.
