The sanitary installation is connected to a septic tank or to waste water evacuation systems in a place where the room is located. An access door is provided with a closure that is locked and unlocked in a remote manner. An electrical installation comprises a plug contact, a switch, and a lighting tube. An independent claim is also included for a method for management and remote reservation of an animation room.

Description

TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a multi-activity animation room remotely activatable, the management process and remote reservation of this type of multi-activity animation rooms and also the use of these rooms to notably rehabilitate in part and to make profitable old buildings, such as the old buildings, and more particularly their buried or semi-buried basements having no or few openings, and more particularly located in the center of the cities where the square meter built is the more expensive.
PRIOR ART The majority of cities have one or more sports, cultural or festive entertainment rooms. To have access to said rooms and to dispose of them, it is generally necessary to make a rental request to the town hall of the city or to the headquarters of the management body of said rooms, during their opening hours during the day, which are often limited especially to town halls of small towns. In addition, to obtain or return the keys it is necessary every time to move to the said municipality or audit headquarters of the management body. Similarly, to get the electricity, heating or water into the entertainment room, most of the time, the intervention of a technician and the owner of the room must often move and be present in the room to accompany the technician. Similarly, we must proceed in the same way to close all circuits and return the keys of the room after use. Therefore, it is really difficult to obtain a rapid availability of the room, especially outside the opening hours of the town hall or village JEAN N1-FR-1 _TEXT DEPOSE_RG / CD 2964997 - 2 - or the seat of the management body. In addition, the rental of this type of entertainment rooms is generally carried out for a duration of at least one day, given the importance and in any case the inertia of the procedures for making said rooms available. . In addition, these types of animation rooms are generally built away from the center of the town or village mainly because of the noise nuisance generated by activities such as, for example, parties or events. sporting or cultural events taking place in those halls. Also known are buildings having a plurality of rooms designed specifically for professional use such as, for example, meetings, symposia, seminars, trade shows or even contests or exams. However, these buildings include a reception including a plurality of staff ensuring the reception of customers and the booking, preparation, provision and also the maintenance of rooms. Therefore, given the management mode of the building, it is therefore difficult to obtain a rapid availability of such a room and especially outside of traditional opening hours. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention aims at remedying the various disadvantages described above by proposing a self-managed multi-activity animation room arranged to allow provision and access at any time of the day and for a duration not limited to one day. Thus, said self-managed multi-activity animation room can be made available for one or a few hours only. The present invention
JEANN1-FR-1 _TEXT DEPOSE_RG / CD 2964997 - 3 - also concerns a management and reservation process for such a room guaranteeing a reservation at any time of the day without being limited by opening hours of the day. a head office of management organization or 5 of a home. In this regard, the invention relates to a multi-activity animation room remarkable in that it is remotely activatable and comprises at least one access door provided with a closure, an electrical installation 10 comprising at least one socket current, at least one switch and at least one luminaire arranged to be turned on or off by at least said switch, a heating and / or ventilation device and a sanitary installation connected, on the one hand, to circuits of cold water and possibly hot water and, on the other hand, to a septic tank or sewerage system in the city where the multi-activity activity room is located. Said closure can be locked and unlocked remotely, said heating and / or ventilation device can be switched on and off remotely and said sanitary installation is connected to said cold water and hot water circuits by controlled closing members remote to allow or not the passage of cold or hot water to the sanitary installation. The invention also relates to a method for managing and remotely reserving a multi-activity animation room according to the invention which is remarkable in that it comprises at least the following steps: - consultation of the computer server to choose the room for multi-activity animation depending on the activity the client wishes to pursue and the number of participants in the activity,
JEANNI-FR-1_TEXTE REMOVAL-RGJCD 2964997 - 4 - - choice of at least one session on an online schedule with selection of the date and the time slot, - settlement of the reservation of said multi-activity animation room for this session, 5 - remote activation of the multi-activity animation room selected by the client for the date and time slot of the chosen session. Preferably, the settlement step is managed by a secure payment system only by credit card. Advantageously, the activation step of the multi-activity animation room is preferably associated with a step of obtaining a personal access code whose entry triggers the activation of said room. multi-activity animation. Finally, the invention also relates to the use of at least one multi-activity animation room according to the invention for partly rehabilitating and making profitable old buildings, such as old buildings, and more particularly their buried basements. or semi-buried. Best Mode for Carrying Out Technical Invention The self-managed multi-activity animation room according to the invention is arranged to be reserved and made available to a customer at any time during the day or at night and for duration at least equal to one hour. For this purpose, the multi-activity animation room is a remotely activated closed room comprising at least one access door provided with an automatic closure, an electrical installation comprising at least one socket, at least one switch and at least one luminaire arranged to be turned on or off by at least said switch, a heating and / or ventilation device and, where appropriate, a sanitary installation
JEANNI-FR-1_TEXTE DEPOSE_RG / CD - 5 - comprising at least one washroom and at least one washbasin, both being connected, on the one hand, to circuits of cold water and possibly hot water and, d on the other hand, to a septic tank or sewage system in the city where the multi-activity activity room is located. Here, remote activatable means making said multi-activity animation room accessible and suitable for practicing the activity that the customer wishes to exercise by means of electrical means and a computer server and without the intervention of a third person. To allow remote activation of said multi-activity animation room, said automatic closure is preferably electrical and arranged to be locked and unlocked remotely. Furthermore, the activation of said multi-activity animation room is advantageously conditioned on the entry by the client of his personal access code, to prevent access to the room to other people than him. For this, said closure is preferably an electronic keyboard closure. In addition, the access door includes position sensors for remotely checking whether the door is open or closed to trigger its locking only when it is closed.
Similarly, said heater and / or ventilation device is preferably electric and arranged to be turned on and off remotely. Finally, to connect said sanitary installation to said cold water and hot water circuits, use will be made of closure members, advantageously solenoid valves, arranged to be remotely controlled in order to open or close said circuits of cold water and water. hot water and allow or not the passage of cold or hot water to the sanitary installation.
JEANN1-FR-1 _TEXTE DEPOSE_RG / CD 2964997 - 6 - Said multi-activity animation room, according to the invention, can be of different dimensions and can be pre-equipped according to the needs, because even if this animation room multi-activities is initially planned for 5 different uses, it may, in order to facilitate its use, be pre-equipped according to a preferred activity that one wishes to develop in said room. Thus, if said multi-activity animation room 10 is rather intended for sports activities and more particularly combat sports, it will preferably be pre-equipped with tatami mats and / or wall protections. Similarly, if the same room is rather provided for sports activities such as dance, fitness or bodybuilding, it will be advantageously pre-equipped with wooden flooring, wall mirrors, dance bars and, where appropriate , weight machines. If still said room is rather planned for musical activities, it will advantageously be pre-equipped with audio equipment and will receive an acoustic treatment limiting acoustic reverberation inside and noise pollution to the outside. Note that in this case, the multi-activity animation room will preferably have no window-like outward opening for example; which offers the possibility of exploiting blind surfaces in basements generally unusable. Finally, if said multi-activity animation room 30 is rather intended for professional activities such as seminars, seminars or meetings, it will preferably be pre-equipped with tables, chairs and possibly video-projection means . The multi-activity entertainment room is a place
JEANN1-FR-1 _TEXTE DEPOSE_RG / CD - 7 - public or private hosting customers or users other than employees (employees or officials) and is therefore a public institution (ERP) within the meaning of Article R123- 2 of the Code of Construction and Housing. As such and according to French legislation, the multi-activity animation room, which is carried out in France, must be designed in such a way as to limit the risk of fire, to alert the occupants to the realization of a to evacuate, to avoid panic, to alert emergency services and to facilitate their intervention. It must comply with articles R123-1 et seq. Of the French Construction and Housing Code and include a fire safety system (SSI). It goes without saying that if the multi-activity animation room is built in a country other than France, it must comply with the laws in force in that country.
In addition, it must be accessible to people with reduced mobility and include equipment such as, for example, sufficiently wide doors, ramps and / or lifts, at least sanitary facilities for the disabled.
Finally, said multi-activity animation room includes, for obvious security reasons, a video surveillance system remotely controlled, in particular for monitoring the entrances and exits in the multi-activity animation room, to verify that the room is well used for non-illegal activity and to prevent any risk of degradation. The control of the inputs and outputs makes it possible, for example, to avoid that a user remains locked up voluntarily or involuntarily in the multi-activity animation room,
JEANNI-FR-1 _TEXTE REMOVAL_RG / CD - 8 - beyond the occupation time legally paid. It will be understood that a multi-activity animation room according to the invention of large dimensions that can accommodate a large number of users wishing to practice a sport will preferably be equipped with at least one complete cloakroom including including showers, storage lockers and at least one toilet. The present invention also relates to the process of remote management and reservation of this type of multi-activity animation rooms, said method being implemented through a computer server and allowing easy reservation of said multi-activity animation rooms by the potential customer wherever he is and at any time of day or night.
Said management and remote reservation method comprises a plurality of steps namely: - consultation of the computer server to choose the multi-activity animation room according to the activity that the client wishes to exercise and the number of participants to said activity, - choice of at least one session on an online schedule with selection of the date and the time slot, - regulation of the reservation of said multi-activity animation room for said session, - remote activation of the multi-activity entertainment room selected by the client for the date and time slot of the session chosen. It is understood that the fact of using a computer server to perform the management process and remote reservation allows the potential customer to book any time from any place, only equipped with a computer with an internet connection. In addition, said customer can easily choose his
JEAN N1 -EN-1 _TEXTE DEPOSE_RG / CD - 9 - multi-activity activity room according to his needs and choose his session on the online schedule according to his availability but also according to the time available.
The payment step is preferably managed by a secure payment system preferably only by credit card to, on the one hand, guarantee the transaction and, on the other hand, keep a digital fingerprint of said card that can act as surety if the customer degraded voluntarily said multiactivities animation room during his session. The stage of choice of the session can be coupled with a step of choosing a leader specialized in the activity that the client wishes to exercise. Thus, if the client wants to do a particular sport in a multi-activity entertainment room according to the invention, he can also book, through the computer server, a sports coach for his training session. In addition, during the stage of choosing the session, the client can choose one or more sessions in a specific or periodic manner according to a recurrence to be defined. The activation stage of the multi-activity animation room is preferably associated with a step of obtaining a personal access code for unlocking the access door of the multi-activity animation room corresponding to the session reserved. It is understandable that this step of obtaining a personal access code ensures that only the customer, who has booked and paid the session, has the permission to unlock the access door and access in the multi-room animation -activities for the said meeting. Thus, if the client is late or does not show up, the multi-activity animation room remains locked, barring access to any other person who has neither
JEANN1-EN-1 _TEXTE DEPOSE_RG / CD - 10 - reserved or paid for this meeting. It is understood that the activation of said multi-activity animation room causes the unlocking of the access door, the unlocking of the access door causes the start of the electrical installation, the heating device and / or ventilation and, where appropriate, the sanitary installation. This activation allows the customer to be able to operate in the best conditions. Furthermore, at the end of the 10th session, the multi-activity animation room is remotely deactivated by the computer server until the next session of the same client to another. If the client has a personal access code, it is understood that the entry of said code triggers the activation of said multi-activity animation room. Finally, the invention is more particularly usable in particular to rehabilitate at least some of the old buildings, such as old buildings, and more particularly their buried or semi-buried basement. It is well known that most old buildings have underground or semi-underground basements with no or few openings to the outside, said openings being mostly limited to small dimensions and being of the type fixed window or bellows window. As a result, in the context of a rehabilitation of old buildings for rental purposes, basements are lost surfaces without any financial profitability that can only be used to make cellar or cellar type storage spaces. To make profitable said basements, one can advantageously arrange them by realizing a plurality of multi-activity animation rooms according to the invention. Indeed, the fact of having no or few openings giving
JEANN1-FR-1 _TEXTE DEPOSE_RG / CD - 11 - the outside is not a handicap for these rooms because it limits the noise generated by the activities performed in these rooms such as, for example, sports or music, and this guarantees the confidentiality of certain activities and participants, particularly for meetings or symposia for example. Finally, the fact of installing this type of multi-activity animation rooms in the basements of old renovated buildings is particularly interesting because, on the one hand, said buildings are located mostly in the center of cities and are therefore very accessible especially with public transport and, secondly, it allows to offer multi-activity animation rooms, easily bookable, in the city center which is usually lacking. In addition, the need to meet is often in the inner cities.
Possibility of industrial application The multi-activity animation room that can be activated remotely and the management and reservation process of said multi-activity animation room are mainly intended to be used to rehabilitate part of old buildings, such as old buildings, and more particularly their underground or semi-buried basements. However, it is possible to set up a plurality of multi-activity animation rooms according to the invention in new constructions and to manage them according to said method. It is understood that the examples described are only particular illustrations and in no way limiting the fields of application of the invention. JEANN1-FR-1_TEXT DEPOSE_RG / CD
