Abstract

The device has a cartridge (5) arranged above a receiver (2) to enclose a mechanism activatable from exterior to rotatingly drive an axle projecting from the cartridge, where a wall of the receiver is of adjustable height. A hollow cylindrical binding member (20) fixes/accommodates a support e.g. handle, of a brush type paint instrument (22) on the axle such that the instrument is in contact with a cleaning fluid (L) to clean the instrument. A cover (3) includes a central circular hole (11) for passage of the axle or the support accommodated /fixed in a utilization position of the device.
