Abstract

The device has an external support part (31) supported on a platform. A ballasting mass is formed of two sets of piled massive elements e.g. breeze blocks, on sides of support arms (2-4) with a rigid metal section (21), where the elements are made of agglomerates of cement of type hollow block. Each element has reduced weight to allow manual transportation and installation. The number of massive elements piled up on the sides of the arms is determined such that an assembly constitutes the ballasting mass sufficient to ensure stability of a mast.
