FIELD OF THE INVENTION [0001] The invention relates to the field of fittings for a hydraulic circuit, of the type commonly known by the name of "banjo fitting". The banjo fittings are elements that allow to connect a flexible or rigid pipe with a housing pierced with a bore opening in said housing. To this end, these banjo connectors comprise a tube connected to the pipe and, at one end of this tube, perpendicular to it, a main body to be traversed by a fastening screw screwed into the threaded bore of the housing. In order to allow the flow of liquid between the pipe and the inside of the housing on which the fitting is mounted, the fixing screw is partly hollow and has radial orifices. The main body has a first face against which rests the head of the fixing screw and a second opposite face, intended to be pressed against the housing on which the fitting is mounted. The banjo fitting comprises, at these two faces, seals to prevent any leakage of liquid between the fixing screw and the main body on the one hand, and between the main body and the workpiece on the other hand. Such a banjo fitting is commonly used in industry, including the automotive industry, for example for an application on a cooling circuit of a hybrid vehicle electric motor. An example of a banjo fitting is described in particular in the document FR2913088. However, the mounting of a banjo fitting as known in the prior art requires a relatively long screwing operation of the fastening screw. Mounting also requires sufficient access to the fixing screw head to position a clamping tool thereon. Finally, in the context of mounting a banjo fitting on an industrial assembly line, it is necessary to equip the line edge of an automatic screwdriver to ensure this assembly. In order to overcome these disadvantages, there is provided in the invention an optimized banjo fitting to avoid the screwing usually necessary for its assembly. More specifically, the invention relates to a banjo-type connection, comprising - a hollow main body provided with an interface for connecting a pipe, - a substantially orthogonal coupling connection means to the interface of connecting the main body, and intended for fixing the fitting in a bore, wherein the fixing means comprises a radially deformable substantially cylindrical nozzle being intended to be introduced into the bore, and a hollow clip forming a conduit passing through the main body and the tip, the hollow clip having at least one orifice allowing communication between the inside of the hollow main body and the inside of the hollow clip, said clip causing the radial spacing of all or part of the tip. The banjo according to the invention can thus be implemented by clipping, generally without specific tools, and quickly. According to various embodiments of the invention the connector may comprise one or more of the following features: - the tip is formed by the main body; - The clip has a bearing surface cooperating with one end of the tip; the tip has a conical inner shape; - The tip has on its outer face notches. - The tip comprises a plurality of deformable blades between which the hollow clip is inserted, causing the spacing of the slats. the clip has a head intended to bear on a first face of the main body. These characteristics make it possible to obtain a simple and effective part in its implementation, offering good mechanical strength once in place. The invention also relates to an assembly comprising a coupling according to a variant of the invention wherein the clip has a head intended to bear on a first face of the main body, a housing having a bore to which is attached the connector , a first elastic seal between the head of the clip and the first face of the main body, and a second elastic seal between a second face of the main body opposite the first face and the housing. Preferably, the first seal is attached to the clip, and the second seal is attached to the main body. This facilitates logistics in the context of an industrial use of the invention. There is also no risk of forgetting the assembly of a seal or making an error as to the seal to be used. [0013] Preferably, the bore is threaded. This allows easy and non-destructive removal of the tip. The invention is described in more detail below and with reference to the figures schematically showing the system in its preferred embodiment. Figure 1 shows a simplified three-dimensional view of a connector according to one embodiment of the invention. Figure 2 shows a sectional view of a connector according to one embodiment of the invention, mounted on a housing. A connector according to the invention comprises a hollow main body 1 in which is mounted a hollow clip 2. In the variant of the invention shown a first elastic seal 3 (or upper seal) is disposed between a head 21 of the hollow clip 2 and a first face 11 of the main body 1. Similarly, a second elastic seal 4 (or upper seal) is disposed, once the connection is in place, between a second face 12 of the main body, the second face 12 being opposed to the first face 11, and a face of the housing 5 on which the fitting is mounted. The hollow clip 2 has at least one orifice 22 for communication, and the passage of the fluid flowing in the circuit to which the connector is integrated, between the inside of the hollow main body 1 and the inside of the hollow clip 2. The inside of the hollow clip 2 thus forms a conduit for the circulation of the fluid. The hollow main body 1 has an interface 11 for connecting a pipe. In the invention, the connector further has a nozzle 12 to be inserted into a bore to which the connection is to be attached. In the embodiment shown here, the tip 12 is formed by the main body 1, and consists of three deformable blades arcuate, arranged to form a substantially cylindrical tip. The clip 2 has in the variant shown here a bearing surface 23 adapted to cooperate with the end of the nozzle once the clip 2 set in position and pressed into said tip 12. The tip 12 is here provided with a notch 13, in the example shown in the form of fins, allowing the tip to cooperate with a bore with a thread. The mounting of the connector in the bore is achieved by introducing the nozzle 12 of the main body 1 in the bore, and then putting in place the hollow clip 2. The clip 2 then passes through the main body and its tip 12 The tip 12 has a conical inner shape, so that the introduction of the clip 2 spreads the walls of the nozzle 12, fixing it in the bore. The tip 12 and the clip 2 thus form the fastening means of the connector in the bore. In the example here shown in Figure 2, the bore has a thread, so that the connection remains removable by unscrewing, while its mounting was achieved by clipping. The fitting therefore has a reduced assembly time, while its disassembly remains possible and non-destructive. The sealing of the connector is provided by the first seal 3 and the second seal 4. The first elastic seal 3 (or upper seal) is disposed between a head 21 of the hollow clip 2 and a first face 11 of the main body 1. The second elastic seal 4 (or upper seal) is disposed, once the fitting is in place, between a second face 12 of the main body, the second face 12 being opposite the first face 11, and a face of the housing 5 on which the fitting is mounted. Preferably, before assembling the connector, the first seal 3 can be attached to the clip 2, with which it can be delivered to the edge of a mounting line, while the second seal 4 can be attached to the body main 1 with which it can be delivered on the edge of the assembly line. The thickness and hardness of the joints and the length of the clip 2 are dimensioned so that the clip once in place in the main body 1, the joints are constrained to ensure a good seal of the connection. On an application to an automotive cooling circuit, it is possible for example to use rubber or silicone gaskets, for example 2mm flat seals with a hardness of 70 shore. When setting up the clip, and to lock the clip 2 in the main body 1, it exerts pressure on the head 21 of the clip. The seal is obtained by compression of the joints. To ensure a good seal, they will be sized to be compressed by 10 to 30% of their diameter once the banjo fitting is mounted.
During assembly the compression ratio of each of the joints equilibrium according to the force exerted to perform a good locking and a good seal of the connection. However, it can be expected for some applications that the first seal 3 is slightly harder than the second seal. The tightness of the second seal 4, primordial, is all the better guaranteed. In an automotive application of this connection to the cooling circuit of the electrical machinery of a thermal / electric hybrid powertrain, the Applicant has found that it is possible to successfully use rubber gaskets with a thickness of 2 mm and 2 mm. a hardness of 70 shore to implement the invention. Mounting the connection on the housing 5 therefore comprises, in the variant of the invention shown here, the following successive steps: - the tip 12 of the main body 1 is inserted into the bore; the clip 2 is inserted into the main body 1; pressure is exerted on the head 21 of the clip 2, crushing the first and the second seal, until the locking clip 2 (typically 1 to 1.2mm crushing cumulative two joints). The invention thus described has many advantages. It allows a quick assembly without special tooling of a banjo type connection. According to the variant of the invention used, non-destructive disassembly remains possible.
