Abstract

The device has an electrohydrodynamic actuator (100) connected to a high voltage power supply (5) to create plasma (103) inside a flow chamber (2) of a channel (1), where the plasma acts on flow of the nonpolarized fluid. The nonpolarized fluid is initially at rest in the flow chamber of the channel and the electrohydrodynamic actuator is positioned such that movement of the nonpolarized fluid is induced above plasma generating a main flow (U1) nonpolarized fluid in downstream of the electrohydrodynamic actuator.
