Abstract
The device (1) has a thermal drain (4) made of a high thermometric conductivity material. The drain comprises a surface (8) provided with a portion whose shape is complementary to a portion of a heat exchanging surface (6) of a reel (3) to define a contact zone (ZC1) between the drain and the reel. A base plate (5) made of a high thermometric conductivity material comprises a surface (15) including a portion whose shape is complementary to a part of a portion (9) of the drain so as to define another contact zone (ZC2) between the drain and the base plate.
