Description
La présente invention concerne un appareil constitué de trapèzes autobloquants adaptable sous une table de fraisage ou un établi multifonctions portatif et permettant ainsi une montée / descente facile et régulière de la machine électroportative à fraiser les matériaux tendres qu'est la défonceuse. Dans le système existant, il faut exercer une pression importante d'une main pour compresser les ressorts de la défonceuse en vue de choisir la profondeur de fraisage et de l'autre main actionner un levier de verrouillage. II est difficile de maintenir la défonceuse et de régler simultanément la sortie de la fraise. Le dispositif, selon l'invention, remédie à cet inconvénient et permet un réglage aisé, 10 rapide et précis de la profondeur du fraisage à effectuer: Deux chariots mobiles en forme de trapèze rectangles opposés, manoeuvrés par une vis sans fin permettent en se rapprochant ou en s'éloignant, d'élever ou d'abaisser une pièce en forme de trapèze isocèle inversé venant en appui sur l'une des poignées de la défonceuse. Les dessins annexés sur 2 pages illustrent l'invention: 15 La figure 1 représente l'ensemble chariots, trapèzes mobiles et le mécanisme de mise en mouvement en vue latérale. Une des poignées de la défonceuse, ressorts décompressés est mise en contact avec le trapèze central, une vis sans fin en permet la manoeuvre. Les trapèzes rectangles (2 et 3) taillés avec un angle de 45° et dont la partie basse a été tronquée sont fixés sur des chariots (4 et 5) à 4 roues inférieures en position normale et 4 roues supérieures inversées (6). Une vis sans fin (7) est fixée sous le chariot (4) du trapèze (2) et 30 traverse une butée (8) fixée sous le chariot (5) du trapèze (3), un tube (9) enveloppe la vis sans fin (7), de la butée (8) à la poignée de manoeuvre (11).
