Description
P 01 La présente invention concerne un dispositif de blocage de porte en position contre un mur. Il comprend un Bloc (A) percé de deux trous, d'un Socle (B) et d'une Lame (C) flexible. Le tout formant un ensemble solidaire en matière plastique. II existe déjà un dispositif de même utilité, dans lequel la lame flexible a une section longitudinale en U inversé, la partie supérieure du U est sensiblement plus longue que les branches qui descendent vers le bas, les extrémités des branches verticales étant munies de patins en caoutchouc. Pour utiliser ce dispositif, il faut plier entre ses doigts la partie supérieure de la lame pour former un creux concave vers le haut, et, on glisse la partie basse du creux sous la porte. Etant donné l'élasticité de la lame, le creux tend à remonter et les patins frottent sur le sol, ce qui provoque l'immobilisation de la porte. Il apparaît, en pratique, que pour plier la lame il faut utiliser les deux mains, car les doigts ont tendance à glisser sur les surfaces métalliques des branches de la lame. Dans un autre dispositif de blocage du même genre mentionné ci- dessus, la lame ne comporte qu'une partie horizontale dont les extrémités sont respectivement reliées par des vis à deux pieds en caoutchouc. Chaque pied en caoutchouc comporte, en bas, une partie patin, en haut, une partie servant de surface d'appuis horizontale pour le bout correspondant de la lame, et une partie qui dépasse au-dessus de la lame. Les parties des deux pieds qui dépassent au dessus de la lame servent de prise pour les doigts. II est facile de plier la lame d'une seule main, mais la force élastique de rappel de la lame est plus faible. D'autre part, les moyens de liaison entre chaque bout de la lame et la partie du pied en caoutchouc où elle s'appuie présente des faiblesses. En particulier, si ces moyens de liaison sont des vis, celles-ci peuvent facilement sortir du caoutchouc et devenir dangereuses pour un enfant. Un autre objet existant, consistant à prévoir le blocage de porte du type mentionné ci-dessus, présente aussi des inconvénients mentionnés, il n'est pas fixe, et oblige à se baisser pour positionner l'objet, ce qui n'est pas pratique pour toutes les personnes. Il faut aussi avoir les mains libres pour bloquer la porte en positionnant l'objet. Suivant la description de l'invention citée ci-dessus, le dispositif de blocage se compose d'une lame flexible à section longitudinale en U inversée, la partie supérieure du U étant sensiblement plus longue que les branches qui descendent vers le bas, lesdites branches étant chacune recouverte d'une bande en matière résiliente, ladite bande recouvrant également, d'un côté, le bord inférieur de la branche pour former un patin et , de l'autre côté, le coude entre la branche et la partie supérieure du U, ladite partie de bande recouvrant ledit coude étant prolongée par une partie en saillie dirigée vers le haut. 2953883 P 02 Brevet d'invention d'un objet nommé « Stop Porte » La présente invention concerne un dispositif de blocage de toutes portes intérieures d'une maison, d'un appartement ou d'un local quelconque. L'objet de la présente invention est un ensemble monobloc composé de trois parties A, B, C comme indiquées sur les plans ci-joints. Il a pour but de garder la porte ouverte contre le mur, ce qui évite à celle-ci de claquer lors d'un courant d'air, ou de battre si elle est mal fermée, ce qui facilite les allées et venues et le passage des personnes d'une pièce à l'autre. La porte étant retenue contre le mur par simple friction du Stop Porte sur le bas de porte. II est très aisé d'ouvrir ou de refermer la porte, sans aucun effort.
