Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé d'assemblage étanche aux fluides de deux pièces (10, 30) en Si3N4 comportant respectivement une extrémité mâle (11) et une extrémité femelle (31), chacune de ces extrémités étant munie de moyens d'assemblage mécanique (14, 34) qui sont propres à coopérer ensemble et délimitent entre eux, en condition d'assemblage, un espace (42), lequel procédé comprend l'assemblage desdites pièces par coopération des moyens d'assemblage mécanique des extrémités mâle et femelle, et le comblement de l'espace existant entre ces moyens d'assemblage par un joint en verre, et est caractérisé en ce que ce comblement comprend : - l'enduction, avant l'assemblage des pièces, des moyens d'assemblage mécanique de l'une et/ou de l'autre des extrémités mâle et femelle avec une pâte à base d'un verre borosilicaté ; et - l'application aux pièces, après leur assemblage, d'un traitement thermique.
