Abstract

The device has a threaded endfitting for attaching habitual feeding machines (1) of Nutheran and dussau types. A soft food feeding tube (2) made of silicone is beveled at its end (3), and allows introduction of the food directly to bottom of throat. A threaded part of the extruded silicone tube is directly connected to dimensions of the habitual feeding machines, where utilization of the soft silicone material withstands the sterilization temperatures and the normal pressures of utilization without alteration.

Un tube fileté en silicone dur est serti par intrusion à l'un des bouts du tube, l'autre bout est abrasé dans l'épaisseur de manière conique sur 16 mm long, de telle manière à ce qu'au bout, son épaisseur soit de 1 mm. Par l"intermédiaire de l'embout fileté en silicone alimentaire de 44 mm de long, cet embauchoir est destiné à être raccordé à deux types de machines pneumatiques de gavage de marque NUTHERAN (filetage de 20 mm) et DUSSEAU (filetage de 25 mm). Cet embout fileté est usiné à partir d'un cylindre plein de silicone alimentaire, foré en 16 mm en son centre pour avoir la même dimension intérieure que le tube en silicone, abrasé sur la partie pénétrante dans le tube en silicone suivant un diamètre de 20 mm sur 20 mm de longueur, puis fileté aux dimensions voulues sur la partie extérieure de 24 mm.
