GENERAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION The field of the invention is that of the management of a list of tasks including tasks to be performed or elements of a shopping list.
STATE OF THE ART There are known systems for managing a list of tasks or races. A user establishes a list by means of a computer and the backup on a server, this list is broadcast to several users via Internet access. A user then retrieves the list and when a task is performed or an element of the race list obtained, the user indicates it. The server then updates the list. This list, updated, is then available. However, to generate a list, a user must connect to the Internet via a computer which makes the generation of such a list tedious and impractical. There is a need to be able to make the creation of a to-do list or a shopping list convenient and fun for a user.

DESCRIPTION DETAILLEE DE L'INVENTION DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
General System Description Figure 1 illustrates a system for managing a list of tasks. Such a system comprises a communicating assembly 1 comprising a support 10 and a controller 20. The controller 20 is connected to the Internet 2 via a wireless network which is for example GPRS, 3G, 3G +, WiFi, Bluetooth, WiMax. Via the Internet 2, the controller 20 is connected to a server 3 which is also connected to the Internet 2. The system further comprises at least one terminal 41-43 connected to the wireless network. A terminal may be a computer or a mobile terminal. As will be described later, the server 3 is able to generate a list of tasks to perform. In the present text, the term "task to be performed" is understood to mean a task as such or an element of a shopping list, that is to say an item to be purchased. communicating assembly As already mentioned, the communicating assembly 1 comprises a communicating support 10 connected to a controller 20. The communicating support comprises a plurality of zones 101-104, each delimiting a location intended to receive an RFID support 1010, 1020, 1050 comprising an RFID identifier (not shown) corresponding to a task to be performed. It is noted that the RFID technology ("Radio Frequency IDentification"), on which the NFC (Near 20 Field Communication) technology is based, is well known in the state of the art and will not be here described in more detail. FIG. 4 illustrates a door of a refrigerator on which a communicating support 10 is fixed. As can be seen, in this figure the RFID supports are arranged on the communicating support. It is also noted that the RFID carriers include a user-readable indication ("chocolate", "bread", "yogurt", "barber", "butter", "milk"). Preferably, the communicating support 10 is in the form of a shelf that can be attached to a wall or a door of a refrigerator.
More specifically, the communicating medium 10 comprises a plurality of RFID communication modules 1001-1005. FIG. 2 illustrates the rear face of the communicating support 10 of the communicating assembly 1 of FIG. 1. On this rear face, the RFID communication modules 1001-1005 are seen. Each RFID communication module 1001-1005 is disposed in a delimited zone 101-104 and is intended to read the RFID identifier of the RFID support 1020, 1050 disposed in the zone. The communicating support 10 is made of a material such that when the RFID support 1020, 1050 cooperates with the communicating support 10, the RFID support 1020, 1050 is fixed non-permanently on the communicating support 10. The material of the communicating support 10 is such that when the RFID support 1020, 1050 cooperates with the communicating support 10, the RFID support 1020, 1050 is magnetically attached to the communicating support 10 or in a self-gripping manner. In other words, the RFID support 1020, 1050 can be removed from the support or placed on the communicating support 10 on demand. A user may therefore have or remove an RFID support 1020, 1050 according to his wishes. The controller 20 comprises means 21 for transmitting / receiving the identifiers read by the communication modules 1001-1005. As will be described in more detail below, the RFID supports correspond to a task to be performed in order to generate a list of tasks to be performed. Thus, the communicating medium 10 may include means for indicating a status of the task to be performed. Such status is "done" or "to do": green for "done", red for "to do". In order to indicate the "done" or "to-do" status, alternatively, a color around the RFID medium may be displayed by, for example, light-emitting diodes arranged around the RFID support.
FIG. 3 illustrates a detailed view of an RFID support disposed on the communicating support 10. A location 101 delimiting a location of an RFID support comprises a plurality of light-emitting diodes 31. The light-emitting diodes 31 are arranged in the zone 101 delimiting the location of the RFID support 1010 so as to surround the RFID support 1010. The control of the color display is performed by the controller 20 which will receive the server 3 to which it is connected, the status corresponding to the RFID support of the task in question . i0 RFID Support The RFID supports are adapted to the material of the communicating support 10. The RFID support may be in the form of a magnet or a VelcroTM 15 so that it can be removed or placed at the request of the communicating support 10. The supports RFID as we have already mentioned represent a product to buy (apples, milk, eggs ...) or a task to perform (dentist, sécu, call mayor). They are equipped with RFID ID so that the communicating medium can identify / recognize them. Note that some RFID media are blank to be configured by the user.
Management System 25 The management system of a task list is described in more detail here. Such a management system comprises a communicating medium as described above, a server 3 connected to the controller 20 by means of the Internet network 2 and at least one access terminal 41-43 connected to the server 3 by means of the Internet network 2.
The management system server 3 is intended to generate a list 50 of tasks to be performed from a plurality of RFID identifiers received from the controller 20. The server 3 comprises a database 30 which makes it possible to establish the correspondence between the RFID identifiers and the actual task. s Indeed, the RFID identifier as such is not directly readable and understandable by a user. Figure 5 shows a list of tasks that the server is able to generate. As can be seen, this list 50 includes both elements of a shopping list, that is to say items to buy (bread, butter, jam) that a to-do list to do (go at the hairdresser, go to the doctor). In addition, the management system is also adapted to transmit to one or more terminal (s) the generated list. The list 50 can be displayed on a display device 420 of the terminal, a screen for example. Furthermore, the management system is adapted to transmit to a terminal 41-43 the list 50 generated. The terminal 41-43 is adapted to transmit to the server 3 a status of an element of the list 50. The status of the list transmitted by the terminal is "done". Indeed, when a user will select a list item by means of the terminal it will be following the completion of the task or the purchase of the item. Such a status makes it possible to update the list 50 on the server 3. It is notably on the basis of the status received from the terminal 41-43 that the server 3 updates the stored list but also that the latter sends to the controller 20 communicating medium 10, the status of the element for which a status has been transmitted. The controller 20, if the communicating medium 10 is adapted for, then controls the status indication. More specifically, the controller 20 receives a status relating to an RFID and is therefore also able to indicate the status of the corresponding RFID bearer.
The server 3 can be located remotely and can be accessed by different terminals via a communication network of the Internet type (see Figure 1). It has been described that the server 3 is accessible via the Internet but it is also possible to envisage the server 3 being integrated in the communicating set.
Management of the list of tasks The management of a list of tasks by means of a management system, as described above, comprises a step El of creating a list and an updating step E2 of the list. Figure 6 illustrates the steps of the method of managing a task list.
Generation of the list Figure 7a illustrates the steps for generating the task list. The generation of the list is carried out as follows. A user has El 1 RFID supports on the communicating medium 10. The RFID identifiers of the RFID supports are then read El 2 by the communication modules. The identifiers read in this way are sent E13 by the controller 20 to the server 3. From the received RFID identifiers, the server 3 generates E14 the list 50 of tasks to be performed. The list thus generated is stored El 5 on the server 3. The server 3 can transmit El 6 a "to do" status of an RFID support. The reception of the status by the controller leads, if the communicating medium 10 is adapted to control E17 the status display "to do" in the location corresponding to the RFID support concerned. In practice when a user is shopping, he can update the list by deleting items by means of his terminal. The list is updated as follows.
A user selects E21 an item from the task list 50 and the terminal transmits E22 the selected item. As will be understood, this selection consists in indicating to the server that the task has been performed. The server updates E23 the status of the item in the list. Following this status update, the server updates E24 list io stored on the server 3. In other words, it will remove from the list 50 the item in the list transmitted by the terminal. The list thus updated is stored E25 on the server 3. In addition, the server transmits E26 to the controller 20 of the communicating set 1, the status of the RFID identifier updated, which has the effect of being an E27 by the controller 20, if the communicating medium 10 is adapted for displaying the status "done" in the location corresponding to the RFID support corresponding to the RFID identifier.
Variant 20 As a variant of what has just been described, it is conceivable to write the tasks to be done directly on a communicating medium. The support would thus be adapted to read the tasks thus written. Such writing of tasks could be done by means of an electronic ink.
