Abstract

The invention relates to a peptide characterised by a sequence of amino acids selected from the group made up of the sequence SEQ ID NO: 1 and variants derived therefrom being at least 80% identical or 90% similar to the entire sequence SEQ ID NO: 1 and by acting as a selective antagonist of alpha2 adrenergic receptors, and to the therapeutic and pharmacological uses thereof.
