La présente invention concerne d'une manière générale un ustensile de cuisine et plus précisément un ustensile tel qu'un passe légumes, une râpe à légumes ou 5 une râpe à fromage dans lequel le produit est forcé au contact d'un dispositif de coupe, par lequel il est coupé, râpé ou divisé.
