Abstract

The invention relates to a device for suspending a garment with a collar, of the hanger type, comprising a support intended to be threaded into said garment to support it, on either side of said neck and a hook secured to said support. According to the invention, the support has a body terminated by two collapsible ends, the device having means for retracting the hook in the body of the support, as well as means for deploying said collapsible ends, when the hook is actuated at deployment, in order to that the device can pass from a first flat position in which said collapsible ends are in their folded position against the body of the support and said hook is in its retracted position, to a second position in which the hook and said collapsible ends are deployed . Description

The invention relates to a suspension device for a garment with a collar, of the hanger type. The invention also relates to a collar garment, folded, folded sleeves on the body of the garment in which is predisposed a device according to the invention.

By collar garment is meant, in particular, shirt, undershirt (T-shirt), underwear, lingerie or any other clothing above or below having a neck for the passage of the head. In many cases, hangers made of plastic, wood or metal are in the form of a triangular support equipped with a hook. The invention thus relates to a device for suspending a garment with a collar, of the hanger type, comprising a support intended to be slipped into the garment to support it on either side of said collar, and a hook integral with said support, characterized in that the support has a body terminated by two collapsible ends, said device having means for retracting the hook against the body of the support, as well as means for deploying said collapsible ends when a traction force is exerted on the hook, so that said device can pass from a first flat position in which said collapsible ends are in their folded position against the body of the support and said hook is in its retracted position, to a second position in which the hook and said collapsible ends are deployed. The invention relates to a device 1 for suspending a garment 2 collar 3, hanger type. This device comprises a support 5 intended to be threaded into said garment to support it, on either side of said neck 3, and a hook 6 secured to said support. According to the invention, the support 5 has a body 7 terminated by two folding ends 8, 9, the device having means for retracting the hook 6 against the body 7 of the support 5. The device also has means for deploying said collapsible ends 8, 9, when a tensile force is exerted on the hook 6 so that the device 1 can pass from a first flat position 10 (P0) as illustrated in particular in Figures 1, 6, 8 or 11, 13, 17 to a second position (P10) in which the hook 6 and said folding ends 8, 9 are deployed, as illustrated in particular in Figures 3, 5, 10 and 12, 15, 18. In the retracted position of the hook, the hook may be inside the support, as shown in Figure 6 or 11, or outside the support as shown in Figure 17. The tensile force exerted on the hook can be used to deploy the at least partially hook. It is thus possible to predispose a device 1 according to the invention in the first flat position (P0) of the device in a folded garment 20, as illustrated in FIG. 7. The device may have means 11, 12, 13, 14 for locking the collapsible ends 8, 9 in their deployed position P2. In this example, the retraction of the hook is obtained by a combined movement of rotation and sliding of the hook relative to the body of the support. We begin by first describing the first embodiment illustrated in Figures 1 to 6.

This example is made from a pattern shown in Figure 4, flat, consisting of a sheet of cardboard in one piece. This sheet is pre-cut in order to materialize the support 5 and the hook 6. More specifically, the hook 6 is obtained from this pattern by folding the portion 65 on the portion 66 and securing them with glue 70. The result is a resistant hook 6 constituted by a double thickness of cardboard. The body 7 of the support 5 is constituted by a front face 51 and a rear face 52 defined during the cutting, said faces 51, 52 being adjacent at a fold line 53. On this fold line 53 is provided a opening 54 allowing the passage of the hook 54 and in particular its retraction in the body 7 of the support or on the contrary the deployment of the hook out of this body 7. In this example the hook 6 is contiguous to the front face 51 of the support thanks to a connection zone 30 of the sheet 20. This zone 30 has in particular several fold lines 60, 61, 62 parallel to the lines 58 and 59, materialized by cutouts discontinuous, constituting as many hinges that allow the volume of the lower part of the support 5 when the hook 6 is deployed. Specifically, two fold lines 60, 61 define between them a base 10 to move the lower part of the front face 51 and the lower part of the rear face 52 of the support, thereby causing the volume of the support.
