Description
La présente invention à pour objet un dispositif mécanique pour verrouiller et déverrouiller aisément une trappe à piles dans un boitier électronique portable grand public. Dans les produits électroniques portables et nomades, il est courant d'utiliser des sources d'énergies que l'on peut changer lorsque leurs charges électriques sont devenues insuffisantes. Ces sources d'énergies sont souvent des accumulateurs de type pile. Dans ces produits, pour des raisons de réglementation, de conception, voir de prix de revient, ces piles sont insérées dans le corps du produit et électriquement isolées de l'extérieur par une trappe fixée mécaniquement par au moins un élément de serrage, le plus souvent une vis. Dans les cas, ou il n'existe pas de vis, le verrouillage et le déverrouillage de la trappe se fait par emboitement mécanique entre le corps du boitier et la trappe à pile. Ces systèmes présentent l'inconvénient d'être difficilement recyclable (dans les cas d'utilisation de vis), relativement lourd et d'un prix de revient non négligeable pour le marché visé par ce type de produit grand public. De plus, lors de l'utilisa ion de système sans vis, il est souvent difficile d'ouvrir la trappe pour en extraire les piles, voire de détériorer les parties mécaniques permettant le verrouillage. Ce dispositif pour assembler et désassembler deux parties mécaniques, comprenant une première partie (1) sur laquelle est positionné un picot (Il) disposé sur un support (10), ledit support autorisant un déplacement vertical dudit picot (Il) et une partie saillante (12) disposé sur ledit support (10) et une seconde partie (2) dans laquelle est créée une gorge (20) et un trou (21) aptes à guider et à réceptionner ledit picot (11), se caractérise en ce que la face supérieure dudit picot (11) possède un angle qui est au moins supérieur à celui présenté par ladite gorge et que ledit angle dudit picot permettant, lors de son appui par un objet quelconque d'un diamètre inférieur à celui dudit trou, d'une part, de déverrouiller la seconde partie (2) de la première (1) et d'autre part, de faire translater la seconde partie (2) de la première (1) facilitant ainsi son extraction. La seconde partie représente une coque, le plus souvent plastique, que l'on dégage pour accéder aux piles, source d'énergie du boitier. A cet effet, il est donc prévu, sous le support (10) de disposer une partie saillante, préférablement positionné en croix qui s'appuiera sur un corps solide , dans notre application, le circuit imprimé, placé en dessous.
