Selon l'invention, le système de surveillance (1) comporte deux anémomètres laser (7A, 8A) et un dispositif logique de sélection (9) apte à sélectionner, d'une part, une valeur de la vitesse air IAS à afficher sur des premiers moyens d'affichage (5) et, d'autre part, une autre valeur de la vitesse air IAS à afficher sur des seconds moyens d'affichage (6).
