Abstract
Description
2938832 -2 The present invention relates to a machine with a mobile carriage supporting decanters for filling these decanters with chilled water and to transport them, as well as a system for disinfecting the hydraulic circuits of the invention. The filling of these decanters is traditionally carried out using a water fountain with one or two outlets of water, the carafes being placed on a filling tray. This causes a significant loss of time, due to the small number of carafes filled and the handling of decanters placed on the tray of the fountain to another support for their transport, also limiting contact contamination carafes due to handling. Regarding sanitary maintenance of water circuits, the current protocols require the user to stay in front of the unit for one hour using a specific case. The device according to the invention overcomes these disadvantages. It consists of two sets, a carriage and a frame and a semi-automated system, namely the disinfection set. It has indeed according to a first feature, a trolley on wheels that can be housed in the frame. On this trolley are arranged two shelves with six centering holes. These holes are used to position the carafes. Thus when the user comes to deposit the carafes on a shelf, they have a fixed and defined position. When the user has set the desired number of carafes, it introduces the carriage into the chassis. This truck is connected to the ground by four swivel castors, which allows the user to move the truck in any direction. It has indeed as a second feature, the two tanks made in the frame. Each tank has six chilled water outlets, corresponding to the positioning of the six holes on the cart shelf once the carriage is inserted into the frame. The opening in the frame is of such shape that the carriage is embedded in it. Its positioning is then ensured by a stop. Thus positioned carafes are found below each outlet water. Can then be carried out a cycle of filling decanters with water. Once the cycle is over, the user removes the cart and can move with the full carafes to distribute them. 2938832 -2
It has indeed as a third feature, a hydraulic system incorporating a carrier of product cartridges for disinfection. This support is connected to the inlet water inlet and the outlet is controlled by a solenoid valve. In the cartridge holder just attach a cartridge containing the disinfectant. This set is placed at the entrance of the water refrigeration system, so when the user initiates a sanitation cycle via a control keyboard, connected to an electronic management board, the water mixes with the liquid of 10 disinfection to repel in the entire hydraulic circuit, evacuating the water through the outlets, it passing through the holes in the cart shelves, to drain into the sewer. To start this disinfection cycle, the trolley must be put in place in the fountain, without decanters, in order to prevent direct contact with the disinfectant products. A sensor validating or not the presence of the carriage thus starting the disinfection cycle. According to particular embodiments: The stop may be carried out using an electromagnet which holds the carriage during the filling cycle. All the elements constituting the carcass of the frame and the carriage are made using food grade stainless steel The accompanying drawings illustrate the invention: FIG. 1 represents in section, the device of the invention FIG. Dans la forme de réalisation selon la figure 1, ce chariot peut donc s'insérer dans le châssis (8), la position des cuves (9) faisant parties du châssis, est telle qu'elle guide le chariot (1) dans le châssis (8). In the embodiment according to Figure 1, this carriage can be inserted into the frame (8), the position of the tanks (9) forming part of the frame, is such that it guides the carriage (1) in the frame (8). An abutment (10) is provided by the bottom of the frame which thus makes it possible to ensure the positioning of the carriage (1) which thereby positions the carafes (5) placed on the shelf (3) above the water outlets ( He).
In the embodiment according to Figure 5, the cartridge holder (12) is connected to the inlet to a solenoid valve (13) and the outlet to the hydraulic system (14) for cooling the water. This solenoid valve (13) is connected at the inlet to the water inlet (15) and to the cartridge holder (12) at the outlet.
